"All of this happened last night?!"

After one night of-- I'm not going to lie-- a very good rest, Fred video calls me and starts narrating the events of him and the team taking down the Mad Jacks.

Well;

More of (Y/n) taking down the Mad Jacks and it turns out, the chip was useless. Honestly, this wasn't surprising. Someone must have wanted money and lied about the chip, selling a blank chip to Krei.

The only thing that concerns me most is the fact (Y/n) put herself in danger! Maybe that's the reason why she hasn't answered my calls and text messages.

"Oh! It might've been better if (Y/n) wasn't so sick. I'm guessing she caught your sickness." Fred added. "Which reminds me." He hums and taps his chin, "What can I get her as a get well present…?"

My eyes widen at the news. "(Y/N)'S SICK?! Oh man…." I run a hand down my face and the guilt invades my head. The upset tantrum immediately went away. "This is my fault. If I hadn't gone out that one night and fractured my leg, then I would've been able to take on the Mad Jacks with you guys."

"I mean, that would be a not so likely option. 'Cause (Y/n) would stop you because you were sick." Fred began pointing out a lot of reasons, "Baymax would back her up….and Gogo, then Honey Lemon and Wasabi. That's four against two."

I shake my head, "I get the point, Fred. I have to go. School work, ya know." If I didn't stop him, he would be talking all day and keep moving onto different subjects. Very carefully, I scoot toward the edge of the bed, only to be stopped by Baymax. Of course.

"I am sorry, Hiro, but you still need rest and your leg still needs to be levitated." Baymax moves me back on my bed. "I suggest calling (Y/n) again, instead of trying to visit, especially in your condition. Although I recommend not to talk for long because she needs rest as well."

My face heats up and I huff, glaring at Baymax, "That's not what-- nevermind." I immediately press your number for a video call. Please pick up this time.

The phone rings for a few minutes, but finally the screen shows a….ceiling? Wait. No, there's your balcony doors with the curtains blocking out the sun…

"Whaaaaat--" Your voice croaks out and there's a loud sneeze followed by an exhausted groan. Only your eyes were visible from under your blankets and the brightness of the screen made them squint shut.

I frown in concern and now I really wish my leg wasn't in a cast. "Heyyy-- uh. I'm so sorry I got you sick. Hopefully, you can recover faster than I did. You sound much worse." The way you just hum a response made me feel even more guilty. I panic once I see you moving to sit up, "What are you doing?! You should be laying down."

You barely cough out a laugh and smile groggily. "I'm glad you're feeling better."

My fingers comb through my hair sheepishly, "Well, I'm still unable to move around because of the cast…." It might not be a good idea to bring up what happened last night.

"HEY!" You shout and cough afterwards when your phone is taken away.

"You're supposed to be resting!" Karmi's scolds and her face shows up in the camera view.

I grimace at her and tsk, "Karmi! Do you mind?"

She rolls her eyes and I could tell she was in a biohazard suit. Seriously? "Of course I mind, Hamada. (Y/n) needs many hours of rest now, well, more than her usual sleep schedule."

I snicker when I hear your offended comment in the background.

"So, she can give you a call back AFTER her temperature reaches normal." Karmi hangs up.
