"What are we doing here?" I asked Rika.
"Remember the job I was talking about? This is the place."
"Oh wonderful..." I leaned against the car door. "I told Kazuto that we would talk about our plans after we came back from the mall." I told her.
"This will be quick." I hope so... We walked into the diner and it was a little nicer except...
"The waitresses are maids!" My jaw dropped. "No no no, I am not being a maid." I put my hands in the air and pushed the door open.
"Oh must be Asuna Yuuki." I stopped and faced a girl that kind of looked like Kazuto, but her hair was just a bit longer and had glasses. She looked a bit shy. "I'm Shino Asada. I work here as the head maid. It's good that I get to meet you in person. Rika told me your good at cooking and serving." She smiled. "I hope you can join us."
"Uh, do I really have to be a maid?"
"Well yes."
"Uh..." I looked at Rika and she gave me the look to say yes. I sighed. "I guess I will."
"Wonderful because we got you an uniform already. When can you start working?" Shino clasped her hands.
"Um after school and on weekends."
"Alright. I will make the hours for you and I will send them to you." Shino typed it into her phone. "Anyways what school do you go to?"
"Aya Atsuko..." I trailed off.
"Oh, I heard it's nice there."
"Ya, it's ok."
"I'll be right back." Shino walked into the back.
"Are you going to tell Kazuto about this?" I asked Rika.
"Well I thought you were but..."
"I don't want him seeing me in a maid outfit!" I blushed.
"Ooh ya...he is a guy after all...but when he gets his sandwich craving he will be looking for you."
"I know... I guess I have no choice. Anyways thanks for getting me a job I guess. I couldn't be able to pay for the bills at home." I smiled.
"No problem. The job I have is really fun."
"Don't you work at a day care?"
"So, I get paid really good. Plus the kids are sweet."
"I'm back with your outfit. One dress with black leggings and a headband." She handed me the bag.
"O-Oh ok, thanks."
"So what should we do?" I asked Kazuto who was eating a sandwich with soy sauce.
"I'm not really good about picking places to go on dates." He chuckled.
"Oh...um...well..." He looked at me. "I guess we can hang out at a park... If that's fine."
"I think it is."
"Tomorrow then?"
"Sure."
"Oh I got a new job..."
"Really? What is it?"
"A diner..." I trailed off.
"Whats wrong with it?"
"Um..." I looked at my hands.
"Are the people horrible? Does the place stink? Did someone hit on you?"
"No no....it's just....the waitresses....are maids..." I looked up at him and I saw him staring at me.
"So your going to be a maid? What does it look like?"
"Uh..."
"Can you try it on, I wanna see it." He smiled.
"NO! You pervert!" I hit him on the head.
"Owe..."
"That's what you get for being a pervert." I huffed. "It's not like I had a choice to be a maid."
"So you don't want to be a maid?'
"No! The last diner I worked at had short dresses already! Imagine these ones."
"Your right....I could imagine..." He started to nosebleed.
"Pervert!" I hit him again.
"Stop it Asuna..." He rubbed his head.
"Then stop being such a pervert!"
"I can't help it....your so cute..." He blushed.
"Maybe if you keep being a pervert, I wont make you sandwiches anymore." I crossed my arms.
"NO!!!! I love them sandwiches!" He cried.
"Don't be a pervert then."
"I promise! Just don't take away the sandwiches!"
"Good." I smiled and kissed his cheek.
