Life in the hospital has been pretty boring.

I can't leave my bed, or else they call in a nurse to bring me back.

All I do is sleep, eat, get checked, and watch tv.

It might sound relaxing but it really isnt, having to do that everyday is pretty annoying.

My ribs do feel a lot better now after sleeping in for like 3 days.

Janely comes to visit me every morning and to bring me lots of goodies.

Hayley comes every after school to give me updates on school and stays to keep me company. I love them so much.

I haven't heard a word from Mrs. Hunter yet about the situation with Josh.

I don't even care, I can take care of myself.

A knock comes from the doorway, its Janely.

"Hey." I say smilling.

"Hey Adara!" Janely says walking towards me.

"How you doing today?" She asks me putting her hands at the edge of my bed.

"Pretty good I guess, the white walls are the greatest things to look at everyday." I say sarcastically but smiling.

"Haha I bet." She laughs and nudges my foot.

Someone knocks at my door, its my nurse Rachel.

"I'm here for your check up Ms. Adara." She tells me holding up her clipboard and giving me a huge smile.

She is so nice.

"Oh okay I'll just stand over here." Janely says as she walks to the olive colored chairs by the corner of the room.

Rachel carefully reads the monitor right next to me and writes on her clipboard.

"I will need to take a look at your ribs." She says pulling out the stethoscope from her neck.

"Umm okay." I say and sit up from my bed.

"Beware of the icy stethoscope Adara haha." She laughs and presses it against my back.

Gosh it's cold!

"Oh my---it's cold haha." I say and close my eyes.

"I want you to take in deep breaths so I can hear your lungs."

I take in deep breaths.

"Does it still hurt when you do that?" She asks me.

"Noo not anymore." I tell her.

"Oh that's good! That means you can leave the hospital today!" Rachel excitedly says.

"Really? That's awesome!" I clap.

I can leave! I can go home!

I don't have to see these blank 4 walls anymore!

"Yeah since your ribs finally healed!" She says smiling.
