Narrative.

Its been a month and a few weeks since BTS comeback stage. They got nine wins on live shows in total and album sales were high. The company had earn much profit with this comeback. You, who had been working hard the past month, was finally relieved as you can relax from the workload. Your studies have also been going well since you have Jungkook to teach you at times when he's free after his practice. Things were going well so far. Nothing much has happen yet.

The buzzer rang as its your cue to go into director Choi's office. You stood up, adjusting your attire then knocked on the door twice. "Come in." You opened it and bowed as you stood in front of his desk. "Ah Y/N, I want to praise you for all the work you have done for the past month. You have always handed up the documents on time and its always of high quality."

"Thank you director Choi."

"I have to go on a business trip and I want you to follow. You are very well-rounded and you catch things quickly. You would be a great assistant to have around."

"A..A business trip?"

"Yes. Its a four day trip to Bali. There will be lots of sponsors and other advertising companies bosses there. Its a very important trip as we will be able to work with bigger companies if we catch the deal. I have already asked for the off days at your school."

"Oh my god, really? I mean- Thank you sir!" You bowed 90 degrees quickly as a wide smile spread across your lips.

"Why do you look so happy?" Jungkook asked while chewing a mouth full of food.

"I'm going on a business trip to Bali for four days! I've never been there before! Gosh, I'm so excited."

"Thats great then. Who are you going with?"

"I'm going as an assistant of director Choi and-" Just by hearing his first name, Jungkook choked on his food and his mind went blank. All he could feel was anger in his heart. You looked at him carefully with a concerned look. "Oh my god, are you okay?!"

"You agreed?" His face was serious and his muscles tensed. You could feel the intense eyes he had on you.

"Yes.." With that, he place his utensils down, not looking at you. You didn't know what made him angry. Probably not telling him about it, you thought or asking for his permission. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier or ask for your consent. But I get to decide with what I want Jungkook."

He sighed and turned back to face you. "I'm okay with you going on this trip but I'm not okay with you going with that asshole."

"Why? You are not telling me anything and you expect me to listen to you?"

"Y/N, can't you just listen to me this time?"

"Okay fine. I'll try to talk it out with director Choi." You sighed and stuffed a mouth of rice into your mouth.

After your break, you knocked onto director Choi's door. As he signals you to enter, you breathed in deep and walk in with heavy steps. "Director Choi, I'm sorry but I may have to reject your request on the business trip."

"Oh? Why is that?"

"I have an important thing to attend to and just realised that I won't be able to make it in time for it if I go on the business trip." Austin lips curved to a slight smirk as he tapped his fingers together. Well Jungkook, you are getting protective already? Tsk. The game starts now then. Austin gave a slight chuckle and you were confused. You didn't know how to react to that respond. Was he angry? Pissed? You were worried if you were going to get fired.

"Oh, don't worry. I'm not going to fire you over this matter but I would still need you to come along with me to the business trip. I need two assistants and you and Chaelee are the only ones suitable. If you reject, it may have a bad reputation on your name. Not to mention, you entered this company through a help of my friend." You fidget with your fingers nervously and pursed your lips. You didn't know what to do but this job certainly is very important. You gave up and nodded.

"Okay, I'll go." You bowed at last and head out of the office. You fall back on your chair and rub your temples. How am I going to tell Jungkook about this... You sighed and grab your phone to text him.

You : JK, I'm sorry, I'm still going

Jungkook : Can't you listen to me? Why are you still going? Did he force you?

You : No, director Choi didn't say I can't reject but it will affect my job reputation and I can't lose this job babe

Jungkook : He's just manipulating you.

You : Whether he has a motive or not, I can't reject JK. Please understand this time.

Jungkook slammed his phone down on the table as he banged his fist on it. "Jungkook whats wrong? Why are you so fired up?" Taehyung asked.

"Austin is doing what he did again."

"What did he do this time?"

"He manipulated Y/N into going to Bali with him. Its a so-called business trip and I tried telling her to reject it but she wouldn't. She said she can't lose this job."

"Well, you can't force her too. She has the rights to decide too kid."

"I just...don't want to lose her you know."

"I know. Why don't you just tell her the reason. Maybe she would understand a little more." Jungkook thought about what Namjoon said as he sighed. He couldn't tell her not because he can't forget about Chaelee, but cause he didn't want Austin to know that you're his weakness. But seems like he already caught on.
