Luke's *POV*

Quinn regained some strength, so she decided to play dress up with Uncle JayJay. I thought she was talking about Jai, but it's was James.

I walked by his door to go downstairs, and I just heard giggling.

"Go show daddy." I heard a squeal, then kept walking until I heard the door open.

"Hey Luke." James was dressed in the Elsa costume, and Quinn was Ana.

"Aww you two are adorable." I took a picture, then Quinn yawned.

"Nappy with Uncle JayJay." She held her arms up tiredly and James picked her up. "Night night." She waved and James slept with her for a few hours.

"So her cancer?" Beau sat beside me at the island.

"What about it?"

"She's going to make it right?"

"Yeah..I hope."

"She just got here too."

"That's not the worst part though. It's her age. She's turning 4 in a few months."

"Does she lose her hair?"

"Just a little. Not that much."

"We have a problem." Daniel came running down the stairs.

"What is it?"

"I lost my Lil Wayne bracelet."

"Really?"

"No...James needed Luke." With that I ran up the stairs.

"She's throwing up." Jai walked out,

"Thanks.."

"We need to do something.." James sat on the floor hold her in his chest after she was done throwing up.

"Children's is the only place for her."

"Can't we take her?"

"I don't know..I guess."

When everyone was in the car, I didn't put Quinn in her car seat, I just held her close. Then I took a selfie with her snuggled up to me.

"We're here.." Soon we got out and got her a room.

"If you guys could wait out here for a few moments, we'll be with you soon."

The seconds feel like hours and minutes feel like days.

"Family for Quinn Brooks?"

We walked to her room to where we saw her hooked up to so many machines.

James, Jai, and Daniel walked out. I knew it was hard for them. It was hard for everyone. Before I knew it, Beau was making a Keek of me talking to Quinn.

"Daddy's sorry...he loves you so much. Even though you're not mine through blood, you're mine through love. I wish you didn't have cancer. I'd take the cancer away if I could."
