"Really you should let me look at that." Mark said. "You're not touching her."Felix said. "Oh and why not. Her neck could get worse." Mark said. "Tuh you could make is worse and there not cuts on her. Like I said you're not touching her."Felix said. "Enough."I yelled. They turned and looked at me,they stopped. "Ok look Mark your parents may be doctors, but Felix has be on this island longer than both of us have so please stop thinking you know what's best for me." I said to Mark. Mark looked at me for a moment before he nodded. I turned and walked away from him. Felix looked down at me as I walked up at him, carrying that club with him. I looked at it, than again. "You- uh have some blood on the -uh your club there." I said. He shrugged as he looked at it. "Maybe it will scare some of the lost boys." he said to me. "Maybe it will scare away Matt." I said as I laughed. He looked down at me for a moment as I stopped laughing and he smiled. "Magic. You're magic could work right?" Mark asked.
I put my hand up to my throat and tried to heal it. It didn't work and I started coughing, falling to my knees. I feel a hand on my shoulder and I slowly looked up. Felix was knelt next to me, looking at me. "What are you thinking, you know it wouldn't work." he muttered to me. "Proving a point." I muttered to him. He looked up at mark who was just standing there. "It wouldn't have worked." I said to him, standing up, before I fell back down. "Alright stop, we're going to make camp here." Felix said. "Alright." Mark said. "I'll stay here." I said. "Well that was obvious." Felix said. "Hey you don't have to get rude about it." Mark said standing up. "Don't tell me what to do. I'm the leader here and you follow. You understand?" Felix said to Mark, anger filled his eyes. I looked at them as Felix was right in Mark's face. "Hey! Hey. stop it." I yelled pushing them away from each other. "How did you get here so fast?" Mark asked looking at me. "Magic." Felix said. "What?' I asked. "Pan's done it and now so can you." he added. I just stared at him for a moment. "Well now that we know that Interesting fact. We should probably make a fire." Mark said. "I'll go get some wood." Felix said. "Mark you sit there and don't move." Mark nodded and sat down before leaning on the tree. "Jake, you sit here and don't move unless needed to." Felix said, before turned away.
"So, how long have you been here?" Mark asked me. "I don't know and I don't want to." I said to him, poking the ground. "Okay." Mark said, before I looking up at him. "Why does Felix want us to sit away from each other?" Mark asked me. "He doesn't trust you." I said. "How do you know that?" he asked me. "You didn't fight. Didn't help. Didn't talk me out of leaving you alone, to hid." I said to him. "Oh." he said. "You wanted to fight didn't you?" I asked him. "I did, but fear overtook me." he said. " I know how that feels." I said. Mark looked at for a moment, before he walked closed to me. "What are you doing?" I asked him. "Trying to make you feel better." Mark said. "How, by telling me it will all be okay, but then not listening to what I'm saying and leaving." I said. "What. No, I was going to hug you." He said. "Why hug me? You don't know me." I said to him. "Well I want to and you're a lost girl, I'll be a lost boy, we'll be seeing each other a lot." he said. I looked up at him for a moment, before stepping back.I tripped on a root ,but was caught. "You alright?" I stared Mark in the eyes for a moment. "Thanks." I said. but something didn't feel right. I turned to see Felix standing there, his eyes staring straight at Mark.
Felix dropped the wood, walked straight up to us and pulled me away from Mark. I followed him before we stopped away from Mark. "What is it with you?' I muttered. He turned and looked at me. "Did you see the smirk on his face because I did." He said. "What are you saying?" I asked him. He didn't say a word to me. "What are you saying Felix?" I asked louder to him. "I don't trust him, and neither should you. Whatever he's planning it isn't good." He said. "So, no one is ever truly good." I said to him. "No. What he's got in his mind isn't good for you." he said. "You don't like it that I'm get close to anyone else than you." I said to him. "If you got close to Pan or that kid you have dinner with, or even Matt I wouldn't mind, but I don't trust him." he said to me. "What about me?" I said. "What?" he said. "What about my decisions, my thought. Don't I get a say in this?" I asked him. "Please just trust me." he said to me. "Why? Because you know what is best for me?" I asked him. "Yes-No." Felix looked around for a minute before back where Make was. I took my hand and set it on his arm, making him look down at me. There was a moment of him calming, before he stepped back. "Don't." he said. "Felix if you want me to trust you, you have to trust me." i said walked away from him.
Mark had a fire in the time we were gone. I sat down and didn't look at either of them. "Hey are you o- " "Don't talk." Felix snapped at Mark and I heard someone fall. I turned to see Mark's feet in the air. I turned before they saw me looking at them. I took off my cape and set it under my head. I slowly dozed off, hearing the fire crackling.
I was standing in the woods and there was the red headed women, standing there holding something. "Shhh, shh. Sweetie it will be okay." she said. "Oh no it won't." she turned and there was the man. The women grabbed her sword and stabbed a guard. She turned and stabbed him again, this time falling to his death. She turned stabbing another, not dropping the baby. A guard grabbed her as she stabbed his friend. "No, you bastard. Don't bloody touch me." she yelled at him. I watched as she tried to get away from them. The king grabbed the baby and took out something from his pocket. Throwing it on the ground opening a portal. I couldn't hear them this time and watched as he dropped the baby. The king and guards left the red headed woman there alone. I slowly walked closer to her and walked just enough to see her back. "Love. oh bloody hell. Summer whats wrong?" this man asked her. "I lost her. He took her and dropped her." she said. "He dropped her?" he asked, looking down, seeing the hole. "A bean, oh bloody hell." he said, kneeling. "I lost her. I lost-" she stopped as the this man hugged her.
I sat up quietly and saw the fire was still burning. Mark was asleep and he looked okay. I looked down as i saw Felix's cape around me like a blanket. "Jackie, what's wrong." i looked up to see Felix standing in front of me. " I saw her again." I said to him. He sat down next to me and looked at me. " I saw a man too, not the old one. A younger one, he came to her and hugged her." I said to him. "What?" Felix looked worried about what I just said. "What was he wearing?" he asked me. "Lots of black, I think, it was dark. Black hair, a long coat.- He called her Love"I said to him. "Damn that Jones."he muttered. "Jones?" I asked him. "Nevermind." he said. I looked at him for a moment, watching him stare at the fire. "You're-" I hears a sound and saw the shadow fly over us. I turned to see Felix pushing himself. "Are you ok?" I asked him. "I'm fine." he said.
"Hey guys." Mark said. I turned to see him sitting up. "Here." i said to Felix, handing him his cape. He took it and helped me up, his eyes staring at Mark as I stood up. "We have along way to go." I said, picking up my cape and started walking. Felix grabbed my arm and turned my around. "This way."he said. I started walking and hear Felix follow me. "Are you coming or not?" Felix asked. Mark got up and ran after up to me, or tried to. "You're walking with me." Felix said, grabbing him. "What- why?" he asked. "I don't trust you so close to her." Felix said. "Jack, can you help me out here?" Mark asked. I turned and looked at them for a moment before I sighed. I turned and started walking again. "Where is she going?" Mark asked. "To camp." Felix said. "But, I smell water. Can't we just go straight?" Mark asked. "Not if you want your shadow rip out." Felix said to him. "Is that all?" Mark asked. "I'm not kidding, Mark." Felix said and the way he said Mark was cold. "Is it that bad?" Mark asked. "Is it bad? Did you really just ask me that?" Felix asked him. "Will you two shut up?" I asked. "Yes milady." Mark said. I rolled my eyes as I saw the water.
I slowly walked up to see my dagger sitting there. I almost walked up to it, but stopped. It could be a trap. I started walked up anyway and put my hand up. I heard someone swim away. I grabbed my dagger and turned to see a mermaid sitting the shallow water. I put my dagger away and walked up to her. Her eyes fill with fear as I walked closer to her. "What are you?" Felix yelled, trying to grab me. "I want to help her." I said to him. "They attacked us two days ago and now you want to help one?" He asked me. "Look I feel bad, just let me do this. Please. Trust me." I said to him. He looked at me for a moment. "Please." I said to him. "I do, but I don't trust her." he said to me. I pushed past him and walked over to her. He grabbed my hand and turned me around. I stared at him, before he sighed. "Just- just be careful." he said. I nodded to him. "Remember what Pan said." he added. I walked past him and walked up to her.
Magic, please help me do what I want to. Please. I stopped at the water as throw my boots off and rolled up my pantes. "Don't come any closer." she said to me. I set my dagger down and walked into the water to her. "Please." she bagged. I stopped for a moment. "She doesn't want you help." Felix said. I took a step and touched her fin. She hissed in pain and looked at me. I focused on the cut, the cut I made to her. I watched as it started to close. She looked at me as I looked up at her. "You- you did this to me, it the first place and now you healed me. Why?" she asked me. "I- felt upset seeing you sit here." i said to her. She looked at me for a moment. "Thank you." she said. "No, don't thank me, I put you here to begin with." I said to her. "Until next time Jackie." she said. "Good bye." I said. She swam away from me as I was grabbed from behind. "You have so protective friends." she said looking back at me. I looked up to see Felix, holding me as Mark stood next to him. She took off, fast.
