"I love you, you idiot! You're just too blind to see it!" The blonde-headed man yelled.
Norma held her breath and looked into the deep, dark, blue eyes. A chill went down her spine as he got angrier.
"I love you and Romero tried to take that from me. He tried to take you from me!" The man was angrier now.
"He wouldn't. He doesn't like me like that," Norma whispered, bringing her shaking hands up to the mans face.
"He does! It's the most obvious thing ever! But I won't let him take you, you know too much about me and that's why you're here," The man explained, whispering the last part.
Tears welled up in Norma's eyes as she examined her surroundings for the tenth time that day. It was dusty and somewhat dark but was now bright due to the lights being on.
"Your basement? Zach, you're a cop. No, you're a dumbass-" Norma bit her tongue.
She had let her thoughts slip out and she regretted it. Shelby looked at Norma with crazy eyes. He got closer to Norma's face and smiled; his lips inches away from Norma's.
"You better keep that pretty mouth of yours shut or I'll make you regret opening it," Shelby snapped.
Norma mentally rolled her eyes but nodded on the outside. She was getting nowhere with insults. It had been a week since Shelby took Norma and the whole police department had been looking for her.
"When are you going to start listening to me? Do you realize that nobody's going to find you, so there's no point in fighting. How about you enjoy it," Shelby said seductively.
Norma bit her lip and nodded, not wanting to give herself up, but nobody was going to find her.
-
"Have you found any leads?" Alex asked, stressed and worried.
"No, sir. It's like she just disappeared. Are we sure she really was kidnapped and didn't run away?" Shelby asked
"She wouldn't. She has two kids who she's always worried about, there's no way she would leave without them," Alex snapped, going through a folder of evidence that was almost irrelevant.
"Where are her kids?" Shelby asked, an eyebrow raised as he held his smirk from coming out.
"That's none of your business," Alex replied, now looking at Shelby aggravated.
-
"Come on!" Norma screamed, tugging at the chain around her foot.
She felt sick from the lack of food and lack of sleep. Why was it so hard for someone to find her?
Norma sat on the floor in frustration, her hands in her messy hair, and her eyes closed as she took deep breaths.
She started thinking about how she got into this situation; she could've avoided it.
"Thank you for inviting me," Shelby thanked, looking at Norma kindly.
Norma felt the burst of butterflies in her stomach as she looked at the attractive blonde.
"You're welcome any-time," Norma replied, smiling her sweetest smile.
Zach was quiet for a minute before he smiled wide and broke the silence.
"You're so beautiful," He whispered, moving a piece of blonde hair out of Norma's face.
Norma blushed wildly, "Thank you, Zach," She whispered.
Shelby leaned in and lightly kissed Norma before he pulled back. He looked at her face, her eyes closed and her lips slightly open. Norma then snapped out of it and chuckled, blushing even more.
"Do you want something to drink?" Norma asked, grabbing Shelby's wine glass.
"Some more wine, if it's not too much trouble," Zach replied.
As Norma stood up, there was a knock on the front door, making her sigh and put the glasses down.
"I'll be right back and get us our drinks," Norma said
"Don't worry about it, I'll get them," Zach said, smiling.
Norma nodded and smiled, making her way out of the kitchen and to the front.
Zach got up quickly once Norma was out of sight and grabbed the glasses, walking over to the kitchen counter and filling Norma's glass, then putting a small, white pill in the drink. He then filled his glass and walked back over to the table, setting Norma's glass down.
After a minute of waiting, Norma was walking back into the kitchen and sitting down in her seat.
"What happened?" Shelby asked, chuckling slightly as he took a sip of his drink.
Norma rolled her eyes and sighed, "A customers air conditioning isn't working to their standards," She scoffed.
She then grabbed her glass and downed all of the wine. Shelby smirked and bit his lower lip.
"Let's dance," Norma whispered, feelings the alcohol course through her veins.
"Okay," Shelby chuckled, standing up after Norma and walking with her to the living room.
They played music on the record player and swayed. After minutes of dancing, Norma pulled her head back and looked into Shelby's eyes and down to his lips.
Zach took it upon himself to kiss Norma fiercely. The heat of the moment was getting to Norma so she walked close to the couch and slowly laid down, along with Zach.
Only after a few minutes, Norma started to feel hazy. She pulled away from Zach and shut her eyes, rubbing her face. She stood up and went to go to the kitchen but she stood still for a second.
"I feel- funny," Norma whispered, swaying side to side as she tried to walk.
"Are you alright?" Shelby asked, a smirk on his face.
"Y-Yeah, I just feel- weird," Norma whispered, then opening her eyes.
All of a sudden, Norma's vision went blurry and she internally started to freak out.
"I need to lay down and I need water," Norma whispered.
Shelby walked to Norma and as soon as he grabbed her arm, she fell in his arms and was officially blacked out.
"I shouldn't have invited him," Norma whispered, her voice cracking at the end.
"I'm home!" Shelby yelled after slamming the front door.
Norma quickly decided she was going to officially play Zach's game.

This story is kinda crazy and I'm also thinking about writing another Normero story where they have a relationship like Bonny and Clyde and a story about Olivia Crain 🤷🏼♀️ just some ideas that are insane.
