It's Friday and i'm sitting in this class trying my hardest not to fall asleep and listen to this lecture about human anatomy for my exam.
"Niyah" I whispered to my bestfriend but she acted like she didn't hear me
"Niyah" I said again this time a little louder still nothing
"Shaniya Marie Willams" I said shaking her shoulder
"I know you did not just say my full government like that" she said turning around rolling her neck
"Well you didn't hear me soooo yeah I did"
"Lil girl what you want?" She asked smacking her lips
"Can you give me a piece of gum please" I asked smiling innocently
"Oh you lucky I love you" she told me smacking the gum on the desk

"Finally i'm home" I said walking through the front door of my house along with Niyah cause my mom was at work
"Girl we know" Niyah laughed sitting down at my desk chair
"Thank god this is are last year of high school" i said
"Honestly, but there's something I wanna talk to you about" Niyah said getting serious.
" what is it?" I asked sitting up
"Well Cam is throwing a little kickback at his house tomorrow sooooo" she started but I cut her off.
"Aht aht nope, dead it"
Cam is a guy Niyah has been talking to since Junior year, I don't know why they won't just make it official but hey that's them.
"Armaní, I know you hate parties but please" she begged
"Shaniya" I said looking at her
"Pretty please" she said giving me a smile
"I hate you" I chuckled laying back down
"come on we don't even have to stay the whole time as soon as you feel uncomfortable we'll leave."she said trying to convince me
"Fine we'll go but once I feel uncomfortable we're leaving"
"ofc yes ahhh thank you" she said hugging me
"Okay okay now get off cause I'm tired and ready to lay down" I said pushing her off me
"No we have to find something to wear" Niyah said pulling me up.
"Were are we going?" I asked groaning
"shopping duh" She replied
i sighed before following her out my room and downstairs we left the house and got in her car heading to the mall
When we got there Niyah went straight to Zara and started looking for something to wear
"can we get something to eat I'm starving" I said
"we just got here" she laughed
"and i'm hungry, so i'm going to get Chick-fil-A"
"Alright well ima meet you over there in a minute" She said
"Aight bet"
walked to the food court and ordered my food from Chick-fil-a then went to go find a seat
I sat down at a empty table and pulled out my phone
When i was done i got up to throw away my trash and stopped to keep watching a tik tok
"move" i heard a voice say behind me
i turned around and looked
it was a tall darkskin dude behind me holding some trash in his hand
"you can say excuse me" i said
"or you can just move" he said
i looked at him crazy before walking away because i don't have the time today so he got it
I walk over to the table that Niyah was at and sat down
"girl what was that?" Niyah asked as she started eating
"some rude ass nigga" i shrugged
"Niggas be weird I swear" she said
"yep" I said agreeing

Niyah pulled up to the address of the party and we got out going inside the house
"ew it smell like 10 cans of bounce that ass" Niyah said waking into the kitchen where mostly everybody was at.
"bro hush" I said trying not to laugh
"It's true tho" she shrugged
"Oh there go Cam" she said walking towards him
"Hey Niyah and Mani" Cam said nodding
"Hey" I said sitting down on one of the bar stools
"uh this is Quan and Isaiah" he said pointing at the 2 guys who we're standing at the other side of the kitchen island
i looked at them and noticed the tall darkskin dude from the food court
tuh now if i beat his ass right here i don't wanna hear shit
"you know it's rude to stare at people" he said turning his attention to me
"you know it's rude to not say excuse me" i said still staring at him
"y'all know each other or something?" Cam asked
"nah" Me and Isaiah said at the same time
"they fucking" Quan said out of nowhere
"my nigga what?" Isaiah said looking at Quan crazy
"i don't know shit" Quan shrugged before walking away
"i hate him" Niyah laughed
i rolled my eyes before getting up and walking outside to the backyard
a few people were out here but not a lot so it was much quieter which i liked
i sat down in one of the patio chairs and shortly after i heard the patio door open making me turn my head and see Isaiah walking out
"ugh what do you want?"
"damn i can't come outside?" he asked
"whatever" i said
"nah forreal i just came out here to apologize about being rude to you earlier" he said before sitting down in the chair across from me
"okay go ahead then"
"i apologize for being rude to you at the mall" he said
"thank you" i said
yea cause he knew better and i was about to beat his ass at any second
"what's your name?" he asked
"Armani"
he nodded before standing
"Alright Armani i'll see you around" he said before walking away
