i go in anyway

i walk into the kitchen and right in front of my parents

i pick up the full bottle of vodka off the table

and walked away ignoring my mom telling me to put it back

i put it in my bag and i get skateboard

i go to pipers still crying

i knock on the door

it was someone i've never seen before

"hello?"

"ia piper here?"

"yes but we're having a family dinner so if you don't mind moving your crying ass that would be great"

"i really need to talk to her"

"piper come sort this boy out!"

she came to the door

"oh my god ethan come in"

"well grayson was being a dick at the dinner table we got in a fight and grayson stabbed me"

"then my parents took me to aces and she wasn't there so i wat near the window and i saw her with a guy and then they kissed"

i was still crying

"we both got cheated on"

i said it kinda sadly but put up peace

she hugged me

nobody heard what i said

pipers mom spoke

"ethan how was your day"

"great"

"good what happened"

"i got shot,stabbed by my brother,ate a chicken nugget and the best part ace cheated on me today was so fun"

"aw Ethan"

she got up and hugged me

they continued their dinner as i aat on the stairs

the door knocked

"ethan can you get that please"

i open the door

it was colby

"colby?"

"ethan you're here good i am sorry about ace"

"what do you mean?"

-"ethan who is it"

"it's colby!"

"what are you doing here"

"we were going to look for you because you came back and left you okay?"

"yeah i'm doing okay apart from ace"

"well text me if like you're worse"

"yeah thanks dude"

he left

and the dinner ended

i also helped clean up to be nice

i talk to pipers mom and she said i could stay here

she said yes
