Luka was at the nurse's office by the time he snapped back into reality. He was so blown away by Adrien that he completely lost track of where he was and what he was doing. Luka felt so confused looking back at his feelings. Why did Adrien make him feel so... happy? He'd only just met him. The only people that made Luka feel happy were usually close friends and family. Luka was so deep in thought he hadn't noticed someone plastering a band-aid over his elbow.

"Huh...?"

He gazed over to where his elbow was and saw none other than Adrien Agreste putting a band-aid over his scratch.

His scratch?

Luka raised his elbow to look at it and saw the band-aid Adrien had put on. The band-aid didn't cover the whole scratch however, so he was able to see red areas peeking out from underneath the band-aid. After examining the band-aid he glanced over at Adrien.

"Why do I need a band-aid?" He asked.

Luka didn't even know why he was asking that. The words just spilled out of his mouth unknowingly. That was kinda dumb... he thought foolishly to himself before listening to Adrien's response.

"How did you forget so easily? It was just a couple of minutes ago," Adrien held back his chuckle because if he laughed, Luka might feel like Adrien was laughing at his stupidity.

"When I bumped into you, you fell on your elbow and scratched it a bit. So I took you here to the nurse's office and gave you a band-aid," He smiled.

"O-Oh, well thank you Adrien," Luka replied genuinely and calmly, however he knew he was holding back a stampede of joyous emotions after seeing how patient and kind Adrien was with his answer.

He could feel warmth spreading to his cheeks slowly. Wait, I'm getting warmer? Luka turned his head to the wall and touched his cheeks while Adrien wasn't looking. They were warming up quickly. No, no, no! Adrien is just a friend. Nothing else. You're just happy to have a new friend. He desperately tried to convince himself. Suddenly the bell rang, and a brief moment of silence spread throughout the room.

"Well, I suppose we better get to class now. I hope your elbow heals quickly, Luka. I'll see you around," Adrien informed the black teal-tipped hair boy with a soft smile on his face.

Luka just watched in silence as he quietly left the room. Luka just sat there, staring at where Adrien was for a few moments, before he realized he needed to get to class or he would be late too. He swiftly ran out of the room and started to search for his new classroom.
