imagine, that when Fred died he became a ghost, a bit like peeves, only instead he had his own way, like how he and George where. and when George finally dies at last he turns into a ghost, at first he looks just as old as when he died, but then after spending more time with their twin they look the same age and together they are the new peeves, and they help students when they sneak out at night, instead of saying it to filch, they become the most beloved ghosts in the whole of Hogwarts
