Ethan and I decided to go to our favorite restaurant to eat. We were laughing over a old memory.

A memory where the twins made up a fake holiday to made me happy. 'Halfoween." When we dress up on the last day of May every year, because one year I broke my ankle. I was upset I couldn't trick or treat on Halloween night, so Ethan and Grayson made up this holiday.

We didn't, actually ask anyone for candy, we just walked the streets as any character we wanted to.

And we never cared about what others said about our day, which by the way, everyone in school made fun of us for it. But it was low key since the twins were the number one popular people in school, and no one wanted to seem like they hated them. Otherwise, they would get hated on themselves.

Anyways, we were talking about one year, when Ethan was Alvin, I was Simon, and Gray was Theodore. See, that was the only rule. All three costumes had to correlate to each other.

"Well Halfoween is coming up soon!" I said with a giggle.

"A month from today!" Ethan said, equally excited.

"Any ideas of what we should be?" I asked.

"I wanna be Superman." He said confidently.

"Why's that?"

"Cause he's your favorite." He said with a wink. Which we both laughed about.

"Ok, well you can be Superman, Grayson can be Batman, and I can be Wonder Woman?"

"That's a great idea!" Ethan said with a wide smile. "I'll let gray know."

We talked about how the costumes should be the best ones we can find. Even if it cost a lot of money. We also ordered the three costumes.

Before we decided to go, Ethan had to go to the bathroom. I was still at our booth, minding my own business, when suddenly someone was sitting across from me.

But it wasn't Ethan. It was David, from school.

"Hey." He said, unbothered that he didn't even ask to sit down.

"Um.. hi? Sorry Ethan is actually-" I was cut off by a deep voice.

"Sitting there. But it's fine, we're leaving. Bye!"

Ethan was standing behind me, so I stood up. I looked at David, and he looked pissed, almost.

"Bye" I said shyly.

We were walking out, and then we heard him speak up.

"You know, you are your own person, you don't have to do everything this fuck says."

Ethan turned around so fast, with his fist and jaw clenched.

"Say that again." Ethan said with a deep, stern voice. That he only uses when he's really mad.

"Ethan let's just go." I grabbed his arm, and pulled him out the restaurant.

This isn't the first time Ethan or Grayson got mad when someone tried to talk to me. If a guy even breathed in my direction, they'll go off. I hate how their so protective sometimes, but I still love them either way.
