a poem the writer wrote for herself
7/24/19

She's a woman that you'll misinterpret
For her face looks like a threat
But when you get to know her you'll forget
Maybe you don't know her yet

Soft, gentle yet subtle
Like an old, smooth and silky mantel
Her principle in life is to do what is right
As long as in God's eyes it will be warm and bright

Please handle her with care for she is fragile
You could feel her love with a warm tactile
Will have lots of memories with her to compile
Memories that will make you smile

She have a lot of forgiveness in her heart
Will accept and forgive you because it's your part
I love the way she doesn't easily give up
From the people who often mess her up

A woman with a long patience and understanding
Let everyone know that these virtue is everything
She doesn't want any misunderstanding
Even though the world could be demanding

Brave enough to accept rejections
For she is ready to face re-directions
She don't rush anything
For she believe in God's perfect timing

Shiella is her name
She knows how to play life game
Hold her tight when her anxiety's on game
Don't let her be weak and lame
