Mitch's POV:

I catch on to the last words Ty yells before leaving.

"Maybe we aren't."

In my mind, I know that Ty still loves Adam. Even after everything, I don't think their relationship could end that easily. I'm interrupted from my thoughts when I see a dog tag necklace, MY dog tag necklace swinging in front of my face. Without thinking, I grab it and slip it on. I hear a soft chuckle from right behind me and I spin around quickly. Seeing no one, I press my back against the wall and look around. Suddenly I feel arms wrap around my waist and soft kisses on my neck.

Grinning I turn around and kiss Jerome on the lips. He bites my bottom lip and I let him in shyly. After a couple of seconds I just pull away and walk into the kitchen, leaving him staring after me. I grab some eggs from the fridge and start cooking my breakfast. Feeling arms wrap around me again, I just continue cooking this time. After I dump the eggs on a plate, Jerome grabs me and starts kissing me passionately. I softly push him off, and he looks at me with sad and confused eyes. I smirk at him.

"Jerome, you're not going to get lucky at this hour of the morning."

"But Miiitttchhh..."

"Save all that for tonight okay?"

His eyes grow wide and he starts to blush furiously. Laughing at him I just walk into the living room with my plate only to see Adam already there. Looking over his shoulder I see he's staring at a picture of Ty that he had as his screensaver for his phone. Yeah, he still loves him alright. Plopping down next to him I give him a sad look. He returns it and glances at the picture one more time before shutting off his phone.

"Adam, you alright?"

"I wish he never left. I wish I didn't say the things I did."

"What matters is now Adam. I'm pretty sure that he loves you and misses you as much as you do."

He sighs and leans on me. Automatically I shift to get in a more comfortable position. Jerome walks in about now but he slowly creeps back out when I give him a go away look.

"Why does love have to be so complicated?"

"Adam, I think love is something everyone wants but doesn't want. Love can be a good thing or a bad thing all depending on the person you love. It can make you or break you if you know what I mean. It can make you feel like the happiest person on earth or the loneliest. Still, people love because... they are willing to risk everything for the person that they care about. Willing to take the chance of heartbreak for them."

He looks at me and smiles.

"That was very deep Mitch."

"What I'm trying to say is that you love him, and I know you'd do anything for him. Instead of feeling bad for yourself, take the risk. Go to him."

I hand him the scrap of paper with Ty's new address. He sent me his address through email in case. I wanted to visit. Taking the paper he smiles and heads towards the door. Turning back he gives me a hopeful smile. I return it.

"Thank you Mitch."

"Your welcome."

After Adam left I walked back up to Jerome's room or our room now. I knew he was in here because before I reached the door I heard him talking to someone. Opening the door I see nothing. Confused, I shut the door and am about to start searching until 2 arms grab me from behind. Yelping, I turn around to look into Jerome's beautiful eyes. I'm kind of startled when they slightly turn red. Kind of forgot about his 'condition' for a little bit.
