"Hello again, Jinx. Please take a seat," Slenderman said seriously. He called me into his office again, and I found myself completely clueless yet again.
I sat down in the only available seat and looked up at the faceless man. "I understand that you have been training with Laughing Jack," he said.
"Yeah, but only for a week," I replied.
"Do you think that you are ready to go on a mission... on your own?"
"Umm... I don't know. I guess so."
"Child. It is a yes or a no question. I can't send you ok this assignment if you aren't completely sure." I thought for a moment and finally nodded, replying a quick "yes".
"Alright then. I'll have your information ready before 5 this evening. You leave for the assignment at 12. Make sure that you bring someone with you, just in case things don't go as planned. They will not help you unless absolutely necessary. Understand?"
"Yes, sir." Slenderman dismissed me and I walked back to my room. I wonder who I'm going to be assigned to...
