Oh my Zalgo!!!! Chapter 20!!! I never thought I would make it this far in a book XD
By the way, just a quick thing! Look out for my short story called "Purple"! Its a Laughing Jack x BEN Drowned story. I ship it so much X3 It's only 3 chapters long so it should be a quick read. Jinx's POV
"Well I'm glad that you take a liking to it," LJ laughed. "I always loved torturing those lying, unloveable, piles of crap!" he yelled. For once, I saw a darker side of him. I side that I, honestly, didn't want to see. His teeth sharpened, and his eyes practically glowed with fury. I backed up a bit, and he instantly noticed it. His features returned to normal and he took a few steps closer to me. "I-I'm sorry," he whispered as he hugged me. I hugged back, hesitant at first. I mean, yeah, he was a killer and all but... wow. That was terrifying, even for me.
"You wanna kill another one?" he laughed, returning to his normal state.
"No, I think I'm gonna take a break. I'm hungry."
"Want some candy?" he chuckled. He reached into his pocket and pulled out all kinds of candy, holding them all in the palm of his hand.
"Sure," I smiled. He grabbed my hand and teleported me back to the fallen tree we were sitting on earlier. He handed me a piece of hard candy and I popped it in my mouth. Grape. Grape had actually always been my least favorite flavor, but I couldn't resist this new candy. It was amazing.
"So..." LJ said awkwardly.
"So..." I said, imitating him the best I could.
"How 'bout that weather?"
