Jinx's POV
I woke up in a dark room with something over my face. I lifted the sheet, and immediate pain shot all up my arm. I yelled out in pain, falling onto the cold, hard floor. I stood up, but still couldn't see anything. Suddenly, a light came on, as I heard a scream of both delight and terror.

"So... you're alive?!" BEN exclaimed happily.
"I'm pretty sure I am," I laughed. I had heard the whole story of what happened, but I was still a little confused. "So let me get this straight... I died... but, didn't die?" I questioned.
"Exactly," Slenderman stated. "It's hard to explain, but it means that you have great potential as one of us."
"Oh, okay," I chirped. "Hey, uh... where's Jeff?" I knew I wasn't supposed to hang out with him, but maybe Slendy could make an exception this time.
"He, um... he ran off," BEN said quietly. Everyone looked at BEN in shock, besides Slendy. Had they not known?
"Well... do you know where he is?" I asked. What would have caused him to run off? It wasn't...me, was it?
"Yes, I do. He's several hours away by foot. I was going to teleport him back here, but he refused. He is still in the woods," Slender stated.
"What?! Bring him back, please! I really want to see him..." Tears started to form in my eyes. Jeff was the first person I had met since I came here. I just wanted to hug him.
"Fine..." Slenderman sighed. His tendrills expanded, stretching out in all directions, and a bright white light flashed throughout the whole room. I closed my eyes, unable to see anything. When I opened them, Jeff was standing in front of me, knife in hand. His white hoodie was even more bloodstained than usual. An even bigger smile had been cut into his face, reaching from ear to ear. Tears ran down his face and into the smile. His clothes were torn, and his hair was all over the place.
He looked up, still quietly crying. His eyes brightened, and his smile returned.
"Jinx?" I waved hello, smiling, He ran up to me and hugged me for a very long time. He finally let go and looked at me. He hugged me again, even tighter than before. "I'm so sorry..."
