✨3 Weeks Later✨

⛔️⛔️King P.O.V.⛔️⛔️

It had been three long ass weeks me and Sincere were standing together and running everything for my pops. And trust me the shit was a lot of work between trying to keep tabs on Marhi and running the business me and Sincere had a lot of shit on our plates. Marhi still hadn't woken up and I wanted to beat on that damn doctor cause his snagge tooth ass told us "2 weeks nothing more nothing less" on way more than one occasion. The only good thing was that she was still doing better even though she hadn't woken up yet. I stepped into the office in the back of the trap and pulled my phone out I had to call the Russians to make sure this shipment was good to go. "Speak" I heard Adrik's voice boom through the phone. "Yo it's King. I was just making sure you was ready, cause I'm ready for you and ya people to get here.... it's been awhile." I spoke not making it obvious I was expecting a shipment. "Yea we on our way already we shouldn't be to much longer." He spoke, the Russians weren't that far honestly they had a set up somewhere in Harlem, New York. We already had a set time for later tonight, it was already going on about 9:30 p.m. so the truck should be here within the next couple hours. We used this lil convenience store as a cover up, and used a supply truck to move the weight. Sincere walked in and took a seat as I ended the call with Adrik. "Wassup?" He said dapping me up "Shit... not a damn thing, you ready to head out tonight?" He nodded and we kept a lil bit of conversation going. "I'm worried about her." Sincere said with a saddened look on his face. "I know, I am too but she gone pull through she a Hamilton bro" I said with confidence. We go see her every morning just to check on her, we'd run into Gran every once in awhile. Sincere was staying at the house in the guest room, he still had his apartment though, I honestly think he's just waiting for Marhi to come back, yet again he was fucking with that Artemis girl from a few weeks ago so he needed to go head cause I'd be damned if he hurt my little sister. The room fell silent as we were both engulfed in our phones. 11 o'clock was here before we knew it and we were headed to the papi store about a half an hour out.

When we got there Adrik was already there waiting on us. I didn't expect him to be there, he usually didn't come out here. Adrik was cool peoples, so he didn't even bat an eye when I told him that we were filling in for my father. "Yo King, what's good? He spoke I nodded dapping him up. "Ain't shit, you?" I spoke. He didn't know the whole story, he knew just enough for him to be a business partner. We chopped it up a little bit longer until my phone rang his body guards instantly pointed their guns in my direction making Sincere and I do the same. I gave Adrik a look of "get ya boys" he told them to put they shit away so we lowered our guns and I silenced my phone while it sat in my pocket. We went to the back of the truck and from what i saw it looked like everything was there and by everything I meant shit for the store along with the drugs. I wasn't sweating it either way, wether he knew it or not I knew where Adrik laid his head. He moved weight through and from Harlem, but him and his family laid their heads in The Bronx. Sincere started moving the drugs to the hidden compartments in the truck we drove here in. I'd have a worker that lived close unload the shit for the store in the morning. I let Adrik look through the bag of money so he could see it was all there.

We all got in our cars and no sooner than I started the car Sincere's phone was ringing. "Hello" He said as I pulled out the lot. "Oh shit. Ok... alright... yea... mhm... ok, we're on our way" I tuned out his conversation as I pulled my phone out noticing I had 10 missed calls from the same number. I scrunched my face up not knowing who it was. "Yo" Sincere broke me from my thoughts I nodded signaling I was paying attention, and he could continue. "Marhi up... we gotta get over there." He didn't have to say anything else I stepped on the gas heading in that direction. The missed calls made sense once he said that, I was like the only person she could call besides Gran and Sincere. I turned the 45 minute drive to the hospital into 20 trying to get to my sister as quick as I could.
