3rd Person's P.O.V

After Tsunami brushed her teeth and changed into pajamas, she climbed into bed. Once she fell asleep, she dreamed of her past.

**Dream starts**

Tsuna was in bed, coughing harshly, spitting blood all over his hands. The door slammed open. "Jyuudaime!!!" Hayato ran to his boss. "Why didn't you tell me about this? Since when did it start?" As Tsuna was about to answer, a group of people ran through the opened door.

 "Tsuna! What happened?" Takeshi asked.

"What's going on to the EXTREME, otouto?!" Ryohei started using his sun flames to help the boy in bed, but Tsuna stopped him.

"Tsuna-nii! What's wrong with you?!" Lambo looked at the blood dripping from Tsuna's mouth, onto his hands.

 "Omnivore." Kyoya glared at Tsuna.

 "Bossu..." Chrome said worriedly.

"Kufufu, Tsunayoshi, don't get sick now, I still need to posses your body." Mukuro smirked, but in his eyes, you could see a hint of concern.

"Dame-Tsuna. Tell me what happened. Now." Reborn demanded to know.

"C-calm down, minna. I guess it's finally time to tell the truth." Tsuna sighed. Everyone looked at him in confusion.

"Renato, you know when Aria-san passed away, right?" Reborn was startled at his question, but still answered him. "Yes, that was months ago. Why?" Tsuna nodded. "And ever since then, you don't know who's your sky, correct?"

"Yes, but what does that have to do with-" Reborn understood what Tsuna was implying. "No..." He whispered. "It can't be... You of all people..." Tsuna smiled warmly at him. He took something out. It was an orange pacifier.

"Why... Why didn't you tell me? Was I not fit to be your sun? Was I not trustworthy enough?" Reborn asked with betrayal heard in his question.

"No, that's not it, Renato. I didn't want you to worry anymore. Any of you." Tsuna looked at his guardians. Reborn started, "If you had told us-" He was cut off by Tsuna. "What good would it have done? I know that this is my fate, so I have accepted it. All I could do, was to enjoy every moment of what's left of my life." Reborn tugged his fedora down.

 "Tsuna..." Takeshi whispered.

"Shh..." Tsuna silenced his rain. "I won't be able to hold on any longer. 1 hour, at most. After that, I won't be here anymore." As if on cue, Tsuna started coughing again. Blood splattered all over his covers.

"Maybe if we can find some medicine to help..." Hayato bit his lips.

"They won't help, Hayato. I know my body better than anyone else. Even if I eat some pills, it wouldn't do anything. Now, let me say what I want to say before time stops for me."

The guardians and Reborn stayed silent at that.

"Gokudera Hayato, my loyal storm... Thank you for always staying by my side as the raging storm, never failing to protect the sky from danger. Quit your smoking habits and never stop protecting the famiglia, ne? Hayato, my right hand man."

"Jyuudaime... I promise I will keep the famiglia safe." Hayato answered determinedly, but his lips were trembling, ready to let a sob out.

Tsuna chuckled lightly, "I never did get you to stop calling me 'Jyuudaime'."

Tsuna coughed again, causing his hand to get even bloodier. Reborn hopped onto the bed, patting Tsuna's back comfortingly. Tsuna gave a weak smile at him and continued.

"Yamamoto Takeshi, my calming rain... Thank you for being my rain, always washing away all the pain and sorrows from my life. Smile when you're happy, cry if you're sad. Don't bottle it all up. Even the rain that washes the pain and sorrow away needs to cry, right? Takeshi, my left hand man."

"Tsuna... Don't worry, I won't bottle it all up. I have all my friends around me to help, ne?" Takeshi told him with a sad smile on his face. Tears were rolling down his cheeks and he didn't bother to hide them.

Tsuna nodded and turned to his sun.

"Sasagawa Ryohei, my extreme sun... *cough* Thank you for always staying as my sun, always shining brightly even when things look down. Don't lose that optimistic personality of yours and be a bright sun and shine down on others when they are in need, okay? Ryohei, my Onii-san."

"I extremely will, otouto." Ryohei smiled. He finally learned how to lower his voice.

Tsuna silently approved of the volume and looked at his lightning.

"Bovino Lambo, my striking lighting... Thank you for being my lightning, who always strikes the enemy in the famiglia's path down and absorbs the damage. Clear your path when your enemy blocks you. Don't give up and keep advancing, 'kay? Lambo, my otouto."

Tears made their way down Lambo's face as he gave a shaky nod. "Hai, Tsuna-nii."

Tsuna smiled in satisfaction before he started to cough again. Before anyone could react, Tsuna held his hand up, signaling them to stay silent.

"Dokuro Chrome and Rokudo Mukuro, my two playful mists... Thank you for staying with me as my mists, even though you the the Mafia. Hide the famiglia with your lies, but don't hide from others. Give everyone a chance, alright? Chrome and Mukuro, my two teasing pineapple heads."

A teardrop escaped Mukuro's eyes as he laughed his signature laugh, "Kufufu~ If you say so, meany Tsunayoshi." Chrome was sobbing as she promised to protect the famiglia.

"Hibari Kyoya, my aloof cloud... Thank you for being here all these years, patrolling around the mansion to keep intruders away. *cough* Open up a bit more and don't always go biting people to death. Keep protecting the famiglia in your own, aloof way, okay? Kyoya, the Carnivore."

"Hn. No promises on the 'biting people to death' part, Omnivore." Kyoya said with a smirk on his face, but inside, his heart was breaking piece by piece.

"Now lastly, Renato Sinclair, my Sun Arcobaleno... Thank you for staying not giving up on me even when I was a hopeless case, a dame. After I'm gone, the Arcobaleno Curse will be lifted soon, with Yuni-chan as the sky pacifer's last holder. Until then, keep Yuni-chan safe, for she is still young and inexperienced. It's sad that she has to bear the burden as the Sky Arcobaleno. *cough cough* You are like- no, you are a father to me. You were always there when I was in trouble, advising and guiding me. Without you, I would never have been the person I am today and met any of my friends. Tell the other Arcobalenos that I said sorry for not being there for them, alright? Thank you for everything you've done, Renato, my sadist tutor."

Reborn gazed into Tsuna's eyes, hypnotized by them. "Dame-Tsuna..." "Now that I think back, you never stopped calling me that, did you?" Tsuna chuckled.

Tsuna suddenly leaned over the side of his bed, where the trash can was. He kept coughing as he spewed blood into the trash can like a non-stopping volcano.

"Tsuna(-nii)!/Otouto!/Jyuudaime!/Omnivore!/Tsunayoshi!/Bossu!" Each of the guardians called out to Tsuna.

All the guardians did their best to make their boss feel better. Hayato gave a cup of water to Tsuna to drink, Takeshi rubbed Tsuna's back soothingly, Ryohei used his sun flames, Lambo offered a candy, Mukuro and Chrome made an illusion surrounding them to help make Tsuna feel calm, and Kyoya passed Tsuna some napkins to wipe his blood.

After a while, Tsuna stopped coughing and throwing up blood. He drank the water and wiped the blood from his mouth.

"M-minna, whether it's in our next life or in a different world, in 10 years or a century, I know we will all meet again."

"No, not yet! Don't go, Tsuna!" Reborn touched Tsuna's fragile face with gentleness. Tsuna smiled at him. "Thank you for everything, minna. And," Tsuna hesitated. "See you again."
