3rd Person's P.O.V
"What would you do if I told you that I'm Yuni?"
"I'd call you a liar."
"If I was Dino?"
"Possible, but not plausible."
"Byakuran?"
"Stop joking with me," Tsunami growled.
"Okay, okay. But just saying, don't get your hopes up. I'm not anyone who you think I am. I'm just a normal person."
"Thanks for the explanation," Tsunami rolled her eyes. "Now I totally get why you know about us."
Tsunami's uncle only chuckled at her sarcastic reply and stared out the window of their cart.
"Katekyo Hitman Reborn," Tsunami's uncle started. "You're aware that it's an anime/manga, right?"
At Tsunami's nod, he continued, "It was made a long time ago, when I was just a kid. When I first saw it, I thought it would be interesting to watch. So I watched it. I have to admit though, in the beginning, it... wasn't the most exciting, I guess. But I ended up watching it all the way through, and eventually, I got to the manga."
Her uncle said, "I actually didn't know that it was you guys until Byakuran visited me. Well, I actually had my doubts, but he confirmed it."
That caught Tsunami's attention. "What?! He talked to you?! When?"
"Last night when I was sleeping."
"That Marshmallow Freak... After all I said about staying away too."
"Don't be too upset at him, Tsunami. He was doing it for your sake. He was even crying when I met him."
"Byakuran was...?"
Tsunami's uncle nodded. "He started crying all of a sudden and begged me for a favor. He said to let your friends stay with you for the rest of the time that you have left. He wanted you guys to be happy together, even if it was a short time."
"...to think that he would cry over this... Oh, don't get me wrong. I really appreciate him doing this for me, but... can't he just visit another time after the time is up?"
Tsunami's uncle had a conflicted look on his face, which Tsunami noticed.
"Is something wrong?"
He debated whether to tell her or not. In the end, he just said, "It's best if you hear it from Byakuran himself."
Tsunami's breath got caught in her throat. "Is he dying?"
Her uncle frowned, "Sorry Tsunami, I don't have the right to say anything."
Tsunami was disappointed at the answer, but she didn't pry. They spent the rest of their time in silence. At one point, Tsunami turned around, and saw some of her guardians sitting in the cart behind theirs.
Judging by the motion of their bodies, Tsunami assumed that they were arguing about something again.
Soon, their cart reached the top and paused, allowing the two to have a moment to admire the view from above.
When the ride was over, Tsunami's uncle glanced at Tsunami. "Want to go home now?"
Tsunami smiled a little, "Not before I get my cotton candy."
"You're not going to forget about that, are you?"
"Of course not."
"Alright then, let's buy the cotton candy and head home."
"M'kay."

Sorry, short chap today. I should really start planning the story out more... Like, I have general ideas of what's going to happen, but not the details. I didn't even plan on having the uncle know about them. Or any problems with Byakuran... Well, I guess I'll just go with the flow (which I'm pretty sure I'm even failing at that).
Anyway, I'm trying not to get stressed from all these assignments my teachers keep spamming, but I guess that's inevitable, huh... Oh well. Stay safe, you guys.
