DEMI P.O.V.: it was almost 4:30 p.m. and we were in the desert carrying water for the community when I heard a people calling for help, I ran to where the sound was coming from and saw Nick on the floor. I kneeled next to him and felt his breath on my cheek...he was alive. I saw he was sweaty and Matthew came to me.

Matthew: what happened?

Demi: he fainted...probably the weather (he nodded and two guys helped him to take Nick to the house)

I entered there and a woman entered with me...she was a doctor. She wanted to check him but I grabbed her arm.

Demi: don't worry, he's diabetic, maybe it has to be with that (the woman nodded) I'll take care of him, thank you so much

I walked into the room and Sirah and Matthew were there talking with a pale and sweaty Nick laying on his bed.

Demi: hey you, how are you?

Nick: I'm fine

Sirah: we'll wait for you outside Demi (Matt and Sirah left the house and I looked at Nick again)

Nick: I'm sorry (he smiled and I shook my head)

Demi: it's okay...did you take your medicines this morning?

Nick: I guess I forgot (I sat next to him facing him and he closed his eyes with pain) I'm sorry Demi...you don't have to do this

Demi: do what?

Nick: you deserve to be with someone who can take care of you and not this weak and sick (a tear rolled down his cheek and I dried it with my thumb caressing his face)

Demi: you've saved my life plenty of times so don't come at me saying this kind of shit, okay? I know you since we were 14 Nick...I know how your life is and how it should be and I want to do this...

Nick: I don't want you to suffer living with someone like me

Demi: there's not a chance for me to suffer living with you...I want this, I want you...with all your little and big things...you're my Nick, the one I know since we were kids

Nick: Demi, you don't have an idea of how frustrating this is for me, I can't live normally, I ruined your day (I smiled)

Demi: you never ruin my days, you make them happy...you make me happy (I kissed his forehead)

Nick: just think ab-

Demi: save your words, I wanna be with you...no matter what (he smiled and I peaked his lips slowly) you should rest some hours now

Nick: but I said I was gonna help women with water and-

Demi: and I'll do it for you, okay? You just stay here and rest...I'll be back in two hours and we'll drink something like a juice together

Nick: fine (he grabbed the back of my neck after laying in the bed and made me lean in til our lips were inches away from each others') be safe doll

Demi: I will, you too fluffy little bird (he laughed softly and I kissed his lips passionately feeling the purest love for him) love you

Nick: love you more

Demi: bye (I peaked his lips and left the house)

Matthew: how is him?

Demi: he'll be fine, just forgot to drink his medicines

Sirah: what will he do now?

Demi: he'll rest today and I'll eat something with him later

Matthew: are you two guys together? (I looked at them with a grin on my face and shook my head)

Demi: where did you get that ideas?

Sirah: facts not opinions Demi

Demi: just chill guys, we aren't together (I shrugged and we went back to the proper dessert to help with the water)
