i woke up in chase's arms and i just laid there for a few minutes, feeling his heart beating slow and steady as i traced swirls on his bare back with my fingers. he woke up after a while and pulled me closer, taking a deep breath into my chest. -good morning, he said with a raspy and deep morning voice. -good morning sleepyhead, i replied and kissed him on the forehead, i think you're about four hours late to your own meet and greet, i said as i checked the time on my phone. -it's all good, i told them i had a cold, so we have the whole day to ourselves, he said and ran his hand through my hair, uhh, we forgot to wash out the hair dye... he said and i looked at myself in the mirror next to the bed, i was covered in pink hair-dye and the entire bed and chase was as well. -fuck, i said and laughed as i got out of the bed. i put on chase's t shirt before walking into the bathroom to further examine the neon pink birds nest on top of my head. i took a long shower and washed my hair over and over until i had gotten some of the color out and my hair was more of a pastel pink shade which was what i wanted. i put on chase's t shirt again since it smelled like him which made me feel calm and a pair of gray sweatpants before crawling back into bed with him. -is it ok if i tag you in my instagram post? you might get some hate on your account, he said and i told him it was fine.

chase's post had been up for just an hour but my phone was blowing up with notifications from people following my instagram and commenting everything between love and hate. we had moved the playstation from the guys's room and put it in ours and chase was playing videogames as i had my head in his lap, scrolling through dms from crazy fangirls telling me to stay away from their man. -how do you do it? i asked and turned my head, looking up at him. -what do you mean? he replied confused. -the fans, all that love, obsession, hate and attention. doesn't it get tiring? i say and clarify my question. -kinda yeah, but you learn to get used to it. the love from people supporting you sorta balances out the hate i guess, he replied and ran his hands through my hair.
