Save me (Severitus)

Chapter 3 Part 2

Snape's POV

    After my little pep talk, my Merlin how weak was I needing a pep talk, I sulked back into the chair next to Pott- Harry. I rested my hand on his, I doubt he will ever feel it, but if he can I hope it brings him comfort I guess.

Harry's POV

    I felt sudden warmth on my hand it was comforting. I hope it's him the man that saved me, I guess I will have to open my eyes to figure this out. It feels like I'm lifting 50 pound eyelids, but suddenly a slither of golden light comes in. I'm on what I presume a hospital bed with the sides flattened out. Then I look at where the warmth on my hand is coming from, it's him, the man that saved me.

If he had said his name earlier I didn't hear him I was in too much pain to really care. I felt sore now, but much better than I had felt in years.

Suddenly his dark, infiltrating eyes looked at me in a masked shock that I saw right through.

"Hello Harry, my name is Severus, I saved you," he started with a thoughtful expression he clearly had no idea what to say.

"Hello sir, how do you know me? Where are we?" My brain was running a mile a minute calling him Severus seemed wrong, but I had many questions so I settled for sir.

"Tsk impatient are we, I guess the questions are at least valid though," he admitted, "I was your mothers childhood best friend, and we are at Hogwarts a school for witches and wizards like you and me."

"Sorry sir, for being impatient and I'm sorry for your loss. I wish she hadn't died in that car wreck," I admitted my eyes sliding sideways, from my dreams my mother had been the most wonderful person I had ever met, not that I had a lot to go off of course.

Snape's POV

Sorry for my loss? The boy is sorry for my loss, he's the one who lost his mother not me. A car wreck? What in the ever loving fresh hell had these worthless muggles told him?

"Harry, there is no need to give me condolences we had our time together, I'm sorry for you loss. Also I'm assuming you never heard the true story about what happened to you and your parents..."

Quick Authors note- I'm so sorry it took me this long to post school and dance have taken off and I unfortunately don't get a ton of time to work on this. I will try to post at least once a week, but please forgive me if I cannot accomplish this. <3 >•<
