Encountering

5 minutes later we pulled into my driveway, and I got out and walked up the pathway to the front door. “Mom i’m home!” I yelled. But I got no response. “Oh yeah, she has to work late.” I said talking to myself. I walked upstairs and put my stuff in my room and decided to take a warm bath sense no one else was home I could take as long as I wanted to. I brought my phone with me and played music and texted Luke:

-”Hey you should come to my house tommorow .”

-”Alright sounds like a plan.

I have a question, though."

-”What is it?”

I set my phone on the sink and turned the water on in the bath. I checked my phone to see if Luke texted me back, I turned around to the bath and saw that the once clear colored water, had turned blood red. I closed my eyes to see if I was just hallucinating. But I wasn’t. The blood was still there. I turned around only to see a face with no eyes, just dark holes where they should be. I fell to the ground taking the shower curtain with me while screaming,crying, and shaking. I closed my eyes tightly. Until I heard my mom come running up the stairs and pounding on the locked bathroom door yelling ‘Alyx! What’s wrong!? What’s happening!?”, I opened my eyes to see that the girl was gone, and the blood red water, was now clear again. I got up and wrapped myself in a towel and opened the door to see my mom standing there. She wrapped her arms around my shaking body and hugged me forever. “Go get changed then I want you to tell me what happened, okay?” I nodded.
