It was already dark, Mark was driving under the star-less sky and Kris was busy with his phone on the passenger seat. They were on their way to their usual business.

An ear peircing thunder echoed through the car and soon, the rain starts falling.

"Tsk. I don't like working when its raining" Mark was pissed when he saw the droplets of the rain on the window.

"I find it exciting. You know how those cool people from action movies beat up their enemies while being drenched with rain water. I aspire to be that level of cool in life" Kris was genuinely excited with the way he was smiling as he talks.

"Getting wet in a suit is not cool. Its annoying"

"Correction. Getting wet with whatever clothes you're on is very cool. You can't change my mind"

"Really? I saw you once, drenched with water wearing our school uniform looking like you just came from a chemotherapy" Mark laughed his ass off to which Kris felt aggravated.

"I think you saw my brother, not me" He was being defensive.

"Nope. Its you. If it was your brother it'll probably looked like he just came from an x-ray" Mark laughed again, this time its more hysterical.

"Wait. Speaking of my brother. I need to call him" Kris immediately dialed his phone number. "Stop fucking laughing. I won't be able to hear him"

"I cant help it. Its so fu...." Mark was cut off when Kris covered his mouth.

"Hey P' are you home already?" He asked the person on the other line. "You what? My God P' do you even use your brain? I know you're dumb but use your fucking common sense. Wait there and don't move until we get there". Kris looked so frustrated after the call.

"Problem?" Mark asked. He was done laughing now.

"Can we pick up my brother?" Kris sounded like he had just given up on life.

"I guess we can" Mark said before making a u-turn. Actually, this is a real hassle for him, but the thought of seeing Kris roasting his brother is priceless. For him, it was quality entertainment.

"So where did he said he was?" Mark asked. They were now driving along the road that Gun mentioned.

"I can see him. Pull over" Kris ordered. Gun was standing under a big tree soaking in water. Kris immediately rolled down his window.

"My God how stupid can you be?" He cursed as soon as they made eye contact.

His older brother just smiled at him as he ran towards them and immediately got inside the car. The two boys in the front seat turned towards him, one wearing a questioning look while the other looks very disappointed. Nevertheless, both are doubting his life choices. Gun can only sit straight up, look them in the eyes, and grin nervously.

"Im sorry again for the bother" his voice was shaky and his nervous smile turned into an apologetic one.

"What were you thinking?" Kris sounded more mad than concerned.

"I thought I could get home before the rain falls. I didnt... I'm sorry". Gun's lips are turning blue and he was shivering because of the cold. Mark lowered the AC before starting to drive again.

"I think all your brain cells died because of soccer. You should consider quitting" Kris stated with a poker face. He was now looking at the road ahead instead of his brother on the backseat who just stayed silent.

Mark was trying his hardest not to laugh. 'Kris never failed to deliver' he thought. He looked through the rearview mirror to see Gun's reaction but the brown haired boy was just curled up at the corner. He was shivering in cold. "Hey I think your brother is dying"
