"I missed the time we spent alone." I whispered just after i woke up, softly caressing his face. Twice wasn't in the room, he had probably crashed in Compress his room or on the couch or something. It was way past noon, as i finally sat up rubbing my face. I checked the messages on my phone. There were two new messages from Endeavor. I didn't open them, i didn't want to speak to him, not ever again. I hadn't realised that had shown on my face into Dabi touched my shoulder and said.

"You look angry."

"Endeavor send me a few messages."

"Ignore him." Dabi said and he kissed my shoulder softly.

"I was planning too." i responded as I put my phone down. Screen down.

"Good."

"Let's go and ask Toga to get us all breakfast." Dabi then continued and I nodded. I got up stretching out. "Can i borrow a shirt? Mines all covered in blood." I asked and Dabi gestured to the wardrobe. I helped myself to one of the bigger tshirts.

I discarded my shirt on a pile and before i put the other shirt on i discharged most of the feathers in my wings to a pile on the floor so i could wear the shirt without cutting holes for my wings in them. I put it on and looked at Toya who was still lying on the bed. He noticed the look of course and got moving. Slowly he got up, groaning slightly as he did. I extended a hand to help him up but he ignored it. When he finally managed to stand up he needed to breath.

"It'll get better they said, first day would be tough." he said as he noticed my worried look. He led the way to the main room where we found the others were already up and eating, it seemed like someone went out and brought food back.

"We kept something aside for you two. " Mr Compress said as he noticed Dabi and me in the doorway behind the bar.

"Where's Shigaraki?" Dabi asked as he squeezed himself between Toga and Twice on the couch and reached for the food on the table. I realised there was no space left to sit so i sat on the ground at the coffee table grabbing some food from the pile there.

" Tomure locked himself in his room, and he won't come out." Toga replied sadly. }
"He thinks we're doomed." Twice continued with sad eyes, he had left his mask off to eat. I looked at them as a pang of sadness and guilt shot through me. With some shock I realised I'd grown to care for them, they'd become my friends.

"He's wrong and should stop sulking in his room just because we lost one man." Dabi said with his mouth, even though HE was the one that was feeling hopeless and sad about it this morning.

Twice then passed him a cigarette which Dabi lit with his finger. They continued talking but the words passed through me as i absentmindly started to eat a donut, not really paying attention until something did catch my attention again.

"---uld just all hide out at Hawks his place."

"Wait we what?" i said and i snapped my head up at Dabi.

"I knew you weren't listening." he said and he stuck his tongue out at me. "You're a fucker." i said, "But seriously we should change our location we can't stay here for much longer, it's too risky." Dabi said and they all agreed, it wasn't safe to stay here which could soon be found by the police or worse heroes. Dabi's words about staying at my place did bring me on an idea.

"We can stay at my childhood home, it's a few hours from the city and it's a pretty big house with a huge terrain attached to it. I inherited it from my mum so it's mine, though her name might still be on it, i'm not sure honestly but no one would expect it." i suggested, "That's a bloody brilliant idea." Compress answered nearly impressed.
