daniel howell sings while strumming his ukulele in front of his camera. it's been a few days since phils comment, and Dan's almost forgot about it. with high school and everything going on he hasn't had much time to himself, nor to sing and record.

dan finishes recording, luckily his music doesn't take much editing so it's a quick process after filming. he goes onto twitter to tell his small fanbase about his upcoming video. a bit after posting he gets a notification from a user that looks familiar.
@amazingphil replied: aaa! i can't wait!!
dan reads it smiling softly closing his phone and continuing on the video. after he's done editing he sets it up to upload. he checks back on his phone and goes to phils account. he decides to follow him back and whilst at it shoot him a nice message.
"hey phil! i just want to thank you on keeping up with my music and enjoying it, it honestly makes my day :D"
soon enough phil replies.
"hey man, yeah of course! you're really talented and i think the world should know you. (im also happy you're a nice guy and not a snobby one!😂)"
"ha ha, yeah i hope im not snobby!"
"LOL not at all"
a while later the video posts. phil gets his notification and clicks on it right away. he doesn't recognize the song, but it is very catchy. phil admires how Dan's voice lingers on certain words and how he picks it up when he sings "just stop your crying". when it's over phil has chills on his arms, this boy has some serious talent. he gives it a thumbs up and replays it as background music and reaches for his phone.
"OMG DAN!!!!!!!"

"i just watched your cover and it's amazing!!!! your seriously talented"
"haha, thank you so much!!"
"of course, i can't wait to see what's next! perhaps another original...?"
"we'll see, actually i haven't had much inspiration for an original.."
"hmm, nothing eventful goin on?"
"the most exciting thing lately has been talking to you"

"hm maybe but its not everyday i meet someone that i enjoy talking with"
