it was about 11.30 when Dan and Phil started to get tired. they had been playing videogames since they got home, with the exception of eating dinner. about and hour ago Phil's mum came in to say goodnight to the both of them. Dan really likes Phil's mum, he hasn't seen much of his dad since Phil told him he's on a business trip. He should be coming back sometime this week.

"getting tired yet?" Phil asks "yeah a bit" "ok I'll get the guest room set up" Dan nods as Phil leaves the room. He gets changed into some sweatpants and bellyflops onto Phil's bed scrolling on Tumblr. A few minutes later Phil comes in bellyfloping right next to Dan "boo" Dan got a bit scared and hit Phil "hate youu!" "yeah, sure you do" Phil nudged Dan and laughed

"goodnight Phil" "sweat dreams Danny" Phil says as Dan exits his room to go to the guest room. Phil burries his head in his pillow. is he falling for Dan? even before they met irl he thought he mightve felt something but brushed it off. his thoughts were racing. what did Dan mean when they kissed? oh my god they kissed. it felt like a spark when they touched. it felt right and so familiar. that night Phil dreamt about the week ahead, about dan, about everything.

across the hall Dan was dreaming the same thing. except, Phil's was about all the amazing things taht could happen and all Dan could think of was how he could ruin it and make Phil hate him. around 4am phil gets a text that wakes him up.

Dan didn't know what he was doing but decided to go along with it. spending time with Phil might get his mind off of his nightmare anyways.

when dan closes the front door Phil is already standing outside of his car. "where are we going?" Dan asks getting into the car. "somewhere i go when im sad and anxious" Dan shrugs looking out the window as they start to drive. Manchester is so pretty he wants to spend all his time here. he's been looking at Universities here so maybe he'll be lucky enough to study in Manchester right next to Phil.

Phil notices Dan slowly drifting off with his head resting on his hand. he looks so pretty and peaceful Phil has to remember to keep looking at the road. he turns on the radio at a low volume. it starts playing "Chasing Cars" one of Phil's favorites. right before the song ends the arrive.
