"Madam, stop immediatley! You know sitting like that will damage a queen's posture!" The princess bellowed. The queen scoffed and continued to slouch in her throne.
"Jaden my dear, I'm aghast that you even think I care. What good will my posture ever do?" The queen jabbed.
The princess, Jaden, sighed lightly and looked down.
"Head up, princess. You wouldn't want me to make a mistake on your eyes, now." The painter said to Jaden.
"Of course, Tofu." Jaden replied, looking up.The maid walked in carefully, making sure not to startle the painter. "Madam Chargii? My work is finished." She declared quietly.
"Come again?" The queen leaned off of her chair.
"I said, my work is finished!" The maid stuttered. The queen made a face at her.
"Quit your whining, Pants. Why do you have to speak so quietly?"
"You tell me not to raise my voice at you, yet you can't hear me.."
The queen rolled her eyes. "I thought I told you to quit your whining. Off with you!" Chargii yelled, waving her arms around.
Pants quickly bowed and swiftly walked out of the room."Do you think the maid is afraid of you, madam?" Jaden asked Chargii.
"Oh yes, petrified. It encourages her to work, thinking I may slit her throat. Hah!" The queen said with laughter. Jaden looked concered.
The queen stopped her laughter. "Whats the matter dear?"
"Don't call me dear. Uh, Tofu? May I have a bit of time?" Jaden said to the painter.
"Oh, well, I suppose." She said back.
"Wait no Jaden!! Please don't make me sit still again! I need you here so Tofu can't order me to stay in place!" The queen begged. Jaden walked off ignoring her.
"..Ugh."
