Pants woke up earlier than everyone else that morning. She immediately got to cleaning. She wasn't going to make breakfast today, as the queen instructed her. The food was starting to get low.
Tofu came into the kitchen, rubbing her eyes.
"Oh, hey Pants.." She murmured, tired.
"Hello Tofu. I can't make breakfast today, we have to conserve food." Pants replied quickly. Tofu sighed, and walked out.

Tofu walked out to the main hall, and put her easel up. There were only 3 blank canvases left for her to work with.
"Hmm.." She took a dive headfirst into her mind to see if there was anything she thought was important enough to illustrate.
She thought about Lua's death, and..
Lua's death..
And Lua's death..
And.. It was clear. She wasn't able to get it off her mind.
I guess I found the limits..

Tofu took her paints and put them all out on her plate. She had used this plate in particular to hold her paints ever since she made the portraits.
She put out a big blue and red blob. There were plenty of other tiny blobs. Usually, Tofu didn't use a lot of colors. This time would be different.
She used the same water cup from many days ago as well. She thought it gave the colors a strange, yet beautiful tint.

Many colors covered the canvas.

Tofu took the canvas and placed it with the rest of the similar abstract looking artworks

Tofu took the canvas and placed it with the rest of the similar abstract looking artworks.
She couldnt remember what half of them represented anymore. They were all so similar. Just lines. Just blurs.
She thought about it though, and realized it was necessary. It was exactly how she would describe her feelings.

Chargii walked past.
"When are you gonna stop?" She asked, disgusted. Tofu was still tired.
"Maybe.. soon. Theres 2 canvases left." Tofu said, hanging up the scribble she had made just now.
"What's that one about?" Chargii said, rolling her eyes.
"Lua.." Tofu muttered.

"Again? Seriously Tofu. You need to move on. We barely knew him."
"I knew him. It's not as easy for me. You just.. don't care."
Chargii widened her eyes, then turned around.
"Hmph!" She walked away with her nose up.
Tofu was glad she left.
