In Vér Városa Rico is speaking to his advisor. "So is everything going so far? Everything still on schedule?" Rico asked

"Not exactly." Aceur responded nervously as he handed Rico sheet with statistics on it.

Rico looks over the statistics. "What is this? These numbers are 45% lower than they should be." he lashed at him in irritation.

"Yes, now to explain that. Field Building A caught fire and it spread to part of Field Building B, but it got put out." Aceur responded

"How much did we lose?" Rico asked in anger

"At least 60% of the field crops were tarnished, 35% of our human slaves were severely injured and 15% were killed." Aceur replied

"Can the injured still work?" Rico asked

"In their current condition, I suppose so, but at a very slow rate, which would not be very efficient for us." Aceur responded.

"So we are now down by half? That means it'll take several months just regain our lost progress with our current numbers. The injured are a loss to us, get rid of them. I'll figure out how to deal with the current issue at hand, later." Rico imposed

Meanwhile in Katera Maria was talking to Adari as they strolled through the city.

"You've been busy lately, haven't you? You seem quite stressed." Maria remarked

"Yes." Adari said gratingly

"If you don't mind sharing, what have you been working on?" Maria asked kindly

"I've been working on preparations to lead an attack on Vér Városa tomorrow to free all the human slaves they have. Or at least as many as we can." Adari replied

"Vér Városa has human slaves? As a city that hates humans, why deal with having to take care of slaves?" Maria asked curiously

"Probably to do the dirty work, none of them want to do. But from the reports of the recon mission I sent a few days past, they are mainly used for the production of Moon Flowers."

"Flowers? Why get slaves to grow flowers when they could easily do it themselves?"

"Moon Flowers aren't like other flowers, they are extremely hard to grow. Unlike like your run of the mill flowers that you'd buy a floral, instead needing sunlight to grow, they need moonlight. If even a single ray of sunlight were to touch them, they'd shrivel up and die. But that's not the only thing that'll kill them, if they don't get moonlight for more than a week or if they get too warm, they will die. They can't be in any temperature over 75°F. Now, you're right, they could potentially do it themselves, but they'd rather spend their time sharpening their own swords."

"But why go through all that trouble for flowers?"

"Legend says Moon Flowers can be used to heal the supernatural and even bring them back to life. But they are also said to have darkside to them, when used the wrong way they can also kill any supernatural being. The only problem is, today nobody knows how to get it's life or death capabilities to work. Some say the flower's abilities are just a myth, and it's just an ordinary flower. My guess is that they are trying to figure out if the legend of the Moon Flower is true."

"I understand now. I also wish you the best of luck with your quest to rescue those humans."

"As long as they don't expect us, it shouldn't be too difficult to achieve our goal. We have the element of surprise, but what's a fight without a challenge?"

"I don't want to interfere with your planning, I'm getting tired anyway. I'm gonna go find Rachel to see if she can walk with me back to my apartment."
