The Broken Girl

Reea's pov

I woke up and squinted my eyes before my eyes took in the surrounding I was in it was dark except for the light coming from a bulb a little far away from me. I noticed that I was tied up to a chair I wanted to know why would anyone kidnap me before I realised it might be the one who knows about my past and who threatened to kill archer I just somehow wanted to escape before that person comes but I didn't know how to since I was tied and even if I scream no one could help me because no one can hear me. I thought about how much Archer must be worried right now knowing I was missing. I couldn't control the tears as they started flowing down my cheeks so I bent my head downward to wipe my tears using my hand. But before I could the door opened and a person entered the room because of the faint light I could recognise the face but as they came nearer that's when my heart dropped into the pit of my stomach since I would have never guessed that the person standing in front of me could do this to me.
Archer's pov
A few minutes later after Reea left to use the washroom with aliyah. Aliyah came to me with a panicked look on her face and Said that she couldn't find Reea anywhere. I stood shocked for a moment before I started shouting saying that she went with her only a few minutes ago so how could Reea be missing if she was with her. Then she started saying that she got caught with an old friend so Reea asked her to wait for her there while she went to use the washroom. I ran a hand through my hair before trying to control my anger and picked up my phone to call Reea to ask if she was somewhere else but it went to voicemail.  I asked aliyah if she has searched properly everywhere to which she nodded a yes. I still wanted to be sure so I looked around the house everywhere but I found her nowhere. I didn't know what I would do if something happened to her. While thinking about this that's when the threatening text messages that she was receiving and someone following her Everything came to my mind so the person decided to kidnap her that must be the only solution I could come up with. I went towards my friends and they all looked worried for me because they knew how much she meant to me. I asked them to help me find her. I went towards her apartment to see if there was any clue. I searched her apartment before finding nothing that could help me. So I told myself to calm down before I started going through my mind for any information that Reea said about the person that could be useful but I couldn't think clearly knowing Reea was in danger. Then I remembered her saying that whoever was threatening should have known about her past clearly so it must be someone closer to her. I started thinking about her life in London before she met me. She clearly told me that only her best friend Leah,her family and her ex-boyfriend's family knew about the whole truth. I couldn't suspect her family because she was their only daughter so her parents have no intention to hurt her and from what I seen Leah her best friend seemed harmless from the few times I have met her. I couldn't help but suspect if someone from her ex-boyfriend's family wanted to cause harm to Reea since they lost their son.
