The Broken Girl

Reea's pov

I woke up the next morning feeling not so great because after what happened yesterday and about the gift I could not sleep at night so I had to cry myself to sleep . The memories of that night would always haunt me I always thought what if I reached there sooner than I did but one thing was that I could never bring him back even if I wanted to do so I convinced myself that I had to move on from him so staying there in London would only bring memories of him back so I left everything I had ever known to get a fresh start but what I didn't expect was to be reminded of that . So whoever was following me knows what happened before I left London with that thought in mind I got out of bed and Went to take a shower. I got dressed in a blue sweater with black ripped jeans and took my bag ,keys and left my apartment . So when I reached my college campus I went straight to my first class of the day and sat down inside the lecture room . After a few minutes the lecturer entered and the classes began archer was nowhere to be seen which was weird but I
decided not to ponder over the matter so I started to take notes. After the classes were over I packed my stuff and left. After I reached my apartment I did my routine of taking a shower and cooking something for me to eat  after I finished eating I started on my assignments after I finished that . I decided to order pizza for dinner and so I went to order pizza but before I could call and order. I got a call from Archer so I pressed the answer button and waited for Archer to talk. A few seconds later Archer asked me whether I have had dinner or not for that I said no so he asked me whether I would like to accompany him to dinner . I thought about it for a moment and Said yes since the last time was not so bad and he was good company. He asked me to dress casually and said he will be here in a few minutes ,so I went to get ready.just like he said he was here in a few minutes and he was wearing a black dress shirt and blue ripped jeans. I locked my apartment and then we got in Archer's car and left wherever that he was taking me. A few minutes later we arrived at a restaurant and went inside . We were then guided towards a private part of the restaurant. After we were seated I asked Archer whether there was any special occasion for that he gave a smile before saying that it was his birthday. I didn't know what to say so I asked him what was he doing here with me instead of spending it with his friends. He said that he wanted to spend it with me for that I raised one of my eyebrows at him for which he just shrugged. Soon after that the waiter arrived and took our orders. After we finished our dinner we were on our way to my apartment. After we reached my apartment I got out of the car and was going to go inside my apartment when I heard Archer calling my name so I turned towards him and waited for him to say or do anything. He walked towards me and when he was only an inch away from me he gave me a kiss on the forehead and wished me a goodnight before going back to his car and taking off.
