eleven

all the kids shuffle out of the bus once they approach jeju. it's a beautiful morning, considering it has been raining back in seoul for the past two days. jeongin feels replenished as he steps outside the stuffy bus. hyunjin soon follows, walking beside him.

seulgi gathers all of them up in a huge huddle,

"welcome to jeju island! you're free to roam around until two, we'll set up camp then. um, chan! can you accompany this group," pointing to jisung, minho, felix, changbin and hyunjin, jeongin. "so they're not all alone?"

chan, who's distracted by unloading the bus, simply nods, not paying attention to the students.

jeongin sighs and looks around for his friends when he feels a presence. he turns and sees jisung and minho, standing dauntingly behind him.

"what're you standing behind me for? it's creepy.." jeongin states, playfulness evident in his tone. jisung laughs as minho slithers his arm around his shoulder.

"we are gonna go to cafe aewol monsant, you know, the one owned by g-dragon?" minho states, jising nods.

"who?" jeongin replies, which earns a comment from the boy next to him.

"you don't know who g-dragon is? he's a legendary rapper!" hyunjin intervenes. minho adds something else but jeongin doesn't pay much attention.

"i dont think that it's too far away.." another voice chimes in. jeongin turns and is met with chan, leaning on his side. "we can walk from here." jeongin gulps and turns towards hyunjin, who grabs his side and guides him away from chan. jeongin is confused but chan begins leading them and they all follow.

the whole walk hyunjin is glued to jeongins side, holding onto his arm lightly. to be honest, jeongin is a little uncomfortable (as he isn't close with the older), but he's too nice to say anything so he just lets it be.

that is, until chan picks up on it. walking behind the group of teenagers, he can see jeongin every now and then sway farther away from hyunjin, seemingly trying to unlatch himself from the elders grip. he also sees jeongin gnawing on his cheek, a habit chan has witnessed one too many times. that boy is seriously going to scar his gums.

with a swift movement, chan subtly walks between the two boys, breaking them up. he acts as if nothing happened and looks back to see jeongin staring at him, looking surprised. a warm blush falls upon his cheeks once he makes eye contact with the councilor.

hyunjin, on the other hand, is anything but that. he notices this exchange between the two and raises an eyebrow.
