"thats a nice one! and look, its near mine and taeil's house!" doyoung noticed as he sat with jungwoo and lucas next to him, helping them find a house on his laptop.

"its got a cute garden too!" jungwoo said excitedly. lucas laughed, looking closer at the pictures.

"that house looks perfect, honestly.." lucas nodded, leaning against doyoung.

-

a few months had passed and lucas and jungwoo were packing all of their stuff. lucas laughed jungwoo struggled to lift a box into the moving truck, before quickly helping him.

"thank you.." jungwoo smiled, kissing lucas before staring at his house that he was about to leave behind, and start a new chapter of his life.

he smiled, knowing that he was happier, but inside he held all kinda of emotions. nostalgia, sadness, excitement.

he was excited that he was going to continue his life with lucas, however it was going to take a long time go get used to.

"you okay?" his boyfriend asked, tapping his shoulder from behind, seeing that jungwoo had spaced out.

"i feel great" jungwoo confirmed with a nod, turning around to him, "i feel ready now.."

lucas smiled, he looked very happy. happier than jungwoo had ever seen him.

"dude, you're the best" lucas giggled, suddenly hugging jungwoo tightly.

jungwoo hugged him back tighter but laughed, "so are you, but did i just get dude-zoned?!"

"yep," lucas confirmed, "its a good thing."

jungwoo checked to see if doyoung was anywhere near them before he grabbed lucas' cheek and kissed him.

"you're cute," lucas laughed, as jungwoo rested his head on lucas' shoulder. the younger leaned up against a wall, as jungwoo kept his head on him.

they both stood in eachother's company and it was calming. lucas grabbed jungwoo's hand and kissed his promise ring making him blush

"i will forever keep my promises, okay?"

jungwoo nodded, "okay, and i promise to trust you on that," he laughed, kissing his boyfriends shoulder.

-

"petal!" jungwoo called to their, now named, dog. lucas had managed to retrieve the dog from china with help from his cousins.

petal came bounding through the house on her small feet, making small patter noises on the wooden floor. jungwoo smiled, feeding petal a treat.

they had lived in their new house now for around a month. it was already homely and jungwoo felt extremely safe, which made lucas glad. the two boys had their own bedroom, personalised for both of them, lucas had an office for his new job, and jungwoo had decorated the kitchen with a colourful theme.

lucas was currently busy in their bedroom, hanging polaroids that he had taken on their adventures onto string. he wanted their bedroom to be magical. so they could look back at how far they had come and smile.

-
"i feel like time is going too quick.." jungwoo frowned while he laid in lucas' lap.

"huh? what do you mean?"

"i mean, its only been around a year since momma passed and, we've already moved in together!" he explained, "its not like its a bad thing, i want to live with you, its just scary."

lucas pouted, holding his boyfriend's hand, "i understand, i feel the same way," he nodded, "ill make sure you live everyday slowly from now on, make the most of everything."

the older smiled, nodding, "thank you.."

"you feeling good?"

"i feel great," jungwoo grinned, "i feel amazing."

"elaborate.."

"what? how?"

"remember at the hospital? with those crayons?"

"oh god i cant remember them!"

"try."

"red," jungwoo chuckled, "thats the only thing i remember. red."
