Genevieve Smith:
"It's not good to eves drop you know?" Tom's voice startled me.
"I-I" I was about to reply he cut me.
"Didn't know you were so eager to take your punishment!" he said.
"Hey! What's with your punishment and all huh, see what ever as happened yesterday wasn't my fault. So, stop blaming me for that" I argued.
He loaded my hands with a package.
"Dr Green asked me to drop it here. Its an herbal soup, so here goes your punishment, go and give it to husky" he said.
No, it was more than order.
"I won't-"
No use, he left. Where did he go all of a sudden?
At least for the sake of courtesy, he should have waited for my reply.
Someday I will have my revenge.
Bygones are bygones, I thought and left to cafeteria to meet Emilia.
...
Travis Trevor Brown:
I dialled Tom, to know his whereabouts.
"Hello Tom!" I asked.
"Ah! Trav. I am in school, met Monty. He is currently working for us in the rest room. Once the location is traced, we will go there" he said.
"You think it will work? What if we get caught?" Trav asked.
"For Mischief sake, stop being negative this once." He countered.
"Okay, see you later then. By the way are you still in school?" I asked worried.
"No, I am on my way –"he cut the call.
I sighed in relief. Some day this Tom would give me a heart attack.
Wait a minute! I guess you guys are wondering what happened?
Then let me tell you.
Day before yesterday, me and Tom went to mall, more to the latter's despise, to shop for some requirements for our home and we ran into a guy of our age.
He dashed into Tom, accidentally swapping the phones which we found later.
He seemed to be in some sort of hurry, to which Tom said, that guy is desperately searching for something.
We wanted to help him but he was out our reach before we could figure out what had happened.
Unaware of the fact that his phone was swapped, Tom continued his routine life without any doubt.
Wondering how one cannot notice their phone being swapped?
It happens if it is Tom, he barely uses it. Lot of things goes in his mind and his time is completely devoted to it. Which in Layman's it can be termed as mischief.
As usual we were in school, Tom got punishment from our Physical Trainer, Emilia fainted and was taken to clinic.
Everything was fine until then, but as soon as Dr Green was treating Emilia, Tom received a photograph of a girl whose hands and legs were tied and mouth was plastered.
That's when realization hit him that this was not his phone. He became restless, not because he lost his phone but for the person who hurriedly left the mall. He figured out that this girl might be related to him as they both have same lockets. He said that the girl might be kidnapped for ransom, and we have to find her at any cost before its too late.
