We walked down the empty corridors until we reached the main doors which opened when we got closer. The fresh breeze hit my face as my hair flew across my face. I tried pushing it back but the wind just kept on blowing.

I groaned "seriously"

"What?" Calum turned to face me and immediately laughed at the sight in front of him. I must look like such an idiot.

"You know what" I grabbed a hair tie off of my wrist and tied my hair up into a messy bun. "Better" I nodded.

"So much better" Calum chuckled. I've never heard him laugh or seen him smile, especially not at me.

He grabbed my arm and dragged me over to a tree with a bench curving round it. He sat down and patted the space next to him, I gently perched down next to him feeling really small compared to his huge figure.

I looked up to face him but he was already looking at me. "Calum?"

"Yes" he smiled.

Do you act the way you do because you're scared? Or because something happened? I thought.

"Do you want me to help you in math?" He turned red from embarrassment probably because he just got asked by a girl whether he needed help.

"Um" he paused. "As in like tuition?"

"Yeah you could say that" I smiled gently.

"Okay" he returned the gesture.

We were now tuition partners.

How the fuck did we end up here?
