Pulling on his leash tight, making me stumble into the firm chest of the male that had turned to toward me. His golden browns locked with mine... I could feel my face turn red.

'How could one man look so good?' Shaking the thought from my mind, I looked down to Godzilla who had evil in his eyes.

"Don't even think about it, mister." Pointing at the fluffy mountain, wagging his tail he walked closer. The tension in the leash lessened making it so I could push off the firm chest I was smashed against.

Zilla stepped within arms reach, so I tried to grab his harness but as I touched it he lunged away from us. This time he was able to knock the two of us over... and let me say even with another body to cushion my fall it still hurt.

"I'm gonna kill him." I groaned lifting my head from its new favorite spot, Kyotani's chest. Locking eyes with him once again, "You good?"

He was not, the boy's face was so red I thought he was bleeding. Waving my hand in front of his face and getting nothing I decided getting off of him might help. Bracing my hands on the ground on either side of his body I pushed myself up far enough to my feet under myself.

Standing up I could feel a small pull in my left knee, which was the worse of the two. Shaking my head in hopes to push the pain away until I at least got home.

My evil little snot knew I was in pain and came to my side with his head down knowing he was the cause. Running my hand down his back letting him know I was okay, looking back to the male on the ground.

"You gonna lay there all night or are you get up and walk me home??"

It seemed to snap him out of his thoughts as was quick to climb to this feet. "Are you ok?"

    "I asked you first."

"I'm fine," he snipped making me raise my eyebrow at his attitude. "I'm alright thanks for asking," he grumbled not meeting my eyes.

I reached for Zil's harness and unattached his leash, just to make sure he couldn't pull another stunt like before.

The three of us walked in silence, it was a little awkward but not too bad. Looking around I noticed we had just passed Toru's house.

"Shit," I mumbled under my breath. He wasn't going to let me live it down if he saw it. I felt the weight of the day suddenly hit...if Aniki found out how close I was with Mad Dog, no matter how much he said he was okay with him he'd kill the poor guy followed by me getting an ass-chewing of a lifetime.

"You sure you're ok?" I heard him ask, he had an eyebrow raised at me.

"Yeah, just thinking about some things." I smirk at him, "Like how red your face was."

And like that his face burned in the setting light, laughing softly I covered my smile with my hand.

"Sorry I couldn't help myself." I snickered trying to not all-out laugh at him.

"Tsk, whatever." He turned his face away from me, most likely so I couldn't see his ever-growing blush. But the top of his ears gave him away. Leaning forward to catch his eyes, only to have him huff and look the other way.

Shrugging off his tude, I looked down at my fluffy friend and lightly scratched him behind his ears. Continuing in silence that was more comfortable than before.

"You were blushing too," well there goes the silence. Smirking I stole a quick glance at him.

    "I don't know what you're talking about."

    "Uh-huh."

"Seriously, I've never blushed in my life."

'Well not nearly as much as I have since I've met you. But there is no way in hell I'd ever admit to that.' I thought to myself.

"Bullshit, you were just as red as I was." He growled at me, turning my head to met his glare head-on I faked a concerned look.

"Wah!! Do you like I'm getting sick?!?" I snatched his hand from his side and held it to my forehead. "Do I have a fever?"

Now I'm not a professional actress but all the years watching Oikawa be fake does help, keeping my act up I locked eyes with the male who was turning red for the third in the last ten minutes.

His glare softened, only a little bit, and turned his hand so he could feel my "fever" better with the back of his hand. He then ran his hand down my face to the back of my neck. Which made me feel the heat of my non-existant blush starting to rise.

He leaned slightly closer to me and whispered, "You're full of bullshit."

Pouting I turned myself away from him, "Such profanity in front of a lady, you should be ashamed."

"Well, when you find a lady let me know." He snipped back without missing a beat. Trying to contain my smile I whipped my head turn to the volleyball player who had a smile tugging at his lips.

"Rude," I snickered before glancing back down the path only to notice that we were just a couple houses away from my own. Nudging him with my shoulder I nodded to my house at the end, "Come on we're almost there."

    "Already?"

"What? Miss me already?" I grinned, snapping my fingers making Godzilla rush into my side. Tugging lightly on his ear I pointed my finger toward the house letting him know where I wanted him to go.

"Tsk, no." He pouted from my side.

"Ah, that's right. The Mad Dog doesn't have feelings."

I heard him stop, "Is that what you think?"

Looking back, I shook my head. "No, I've seen you go bright red enough times to know better."

    "I don't blush," he smirked

"That's my line," I smiled only to drop it when I heard a familiar voice yell from my front porch.

"My flower!!!" I heard Toru running toward me... his feet seemed to leave the ground.

And for the second time that day was on the ground in close proximity to a male.

'Where is Nii-san when you need him?'
