"Oh my God! Why is there blood everywhere?" I cried. Frank, Gerard, Mikey, Billie, and Tré were covered in blood. The floor was covered in blood. My parents were laying on the floor in blood. I'm not even joking. There was blood everywhere. I think deep down I knew the answer. They were dying.
"No. No. NO NO NO NO NO!" I screamed and ran over to my parents. I fell to the floor beside their nearly lifeless bodies. Katie and Dakota came over and sat beside me as I cried. They rubbed my back with tears streaming down their faces. We were practically adopted by each other's parents. The pain I felt then couldn't begin to match the pain I felt the day of the shooting. In fact, the shooting was like a mere paper cut, where as the death of my parents was like my chest was being ripped open and my heart was being torn out.
"Isabelle, they are still alive, but only just. I thought you might want want to say goodbye while they can still hear you. I know what it's like to lose a parent and-" Billie started. I must have had a wild expression on my face because he stopped suddenly and put his hands in the air in surrender.
"If they are alive then why can't you save them? Why are you just standing there?" I growled. I honestly growled. I'm really not sure what took over me.
"Because vampires can't heal other vampires. I'm sorry, Isabelle, we have tried everything we could." Gerard said, with true sadness in his voice and in his eyes. I was trying to find any loophole I could, when I thought of something.
"RAY! Call Axl and get him here as soon as possible! He might be able to heal them by telling them to!" I yelled.
"It's worth a shot... Just don't get your hopes up, alright?" He said as he waited for Axl to pick up.
"Axl, I don't have time to explain. How fast can you get to Ottawa? We need your help within minutes and I'm not kidding." There was a few seconds of silence before Ray spoke again.
"Thank you so much! Hurry, please... I'll make sure we send a strong signal for you to track! See you soon!" Ray hung up and came over to the others.
"We need to send him a signal. He'll arrive in two minutes." Ray explained. The two bands huddled together with their arms interlocked. Red rings of light appeared above them and floated through the roof. Meanwhile, I was saying goodbye to my parents, just in case.
"Hey you guys... It's your daughter, Isabelle. I never knew you guys were vampires... There are so many questions I would love for you answer but you need to hold on, alright? Just don't let go. I love you guys so much, and I don't know what I would do if I lost you.. Now I feel like I've only just begun to get to know you... Please don't leave me!" I was still crying and Katie and Dakota were right there to support me. The trip that was supposed a dream come true was turning into a nightmare. Just then, I heard the loud flapping of wings and the bands broke from the huddle. Axl, the rest of Guns N' Roses and well as Sebastian Bach of Skid Row came running towards the door. I invited them in as they reached it. They ran through and straight to my parents. We fell silent so that Axl could focus once we told him what was going on. He agreed to try.
"I have more backup on the way. This may take a few vampires to fix."
"Your wounds are going to close and the bleeding will cease both internally and externally. Your blood will replenish itself. Your heart is going to keep beating. You are going to heal. You are going to survive." He let his fangs slip out and he bit his wrist. And... There was more blood in the room. That would be fun to clean up.
"This blood will help you to heal more quickly. You are going to make it. Do it for your daughter." He did this to both of my parents but nothing seemed to have happened. Axl began to back away, and shook his head slightly.
