We worked our way back into the crowd. Green Day played did a few more songs before ending with 'Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)' for their encore. The crowd screamed and screamed with happiness and joy. The concert really did help us heal- maybe not physically in my case, but definitely emotionally. While the shooting had taken so much from us, the concert had given us twice as much. None of this would have happened if our school hadn't been terrorized. Maybe it was selfish, and maybe it was completely stupid, but I was a tad bit thankful that it had happened. It was definitely selfish- there ended up being well over 70 fatalities as a result of the shooting, not to mention those who were injured. 70 people died, and what for? So that I could meet my favourite musicians? I decided that it wasn't me who had caused this much loss. It was the gunman, and nobody else. The incredible things that had happened to me were sheer luck. I didn't post the video, and I had no part in it going viral. I was asleep while those things took place. Green Day didn't have to find the video and react to it, or want to spend more time with us. Maybe it was just a coincidence that everything happened, or maybe it was fate. It's beyond my knowledge, but I sure as heck wasn't complaining about the happy parts!

When the concert was over, the other girls asked if we wanted them to wait for us. We explained that we would have to get our new instruments, then we were going to find a store to get some Advil and some food. They nodded and headed for the line of fans exiting the stadium. Once they were out of sight and everyone left, Green Day and My Chemical Romance came back out on the stage.

"You guys freaking nailed that song. Dang you're good!" Mikey exclaimed.

"You've got that right!" Tré agreed.

"Thank you so much!" I smiled.

"Don't thank us too quickly..." Gerard warned.

"Why? What's going on?" Katie asked cautiously. Frank hesitated.

"There is something you need to know about the rock lifestyle that is hidden from most people. Something that only a select few humans know about." He finally said.

"What are you talking about?" Dakota asked, her voice showing a hint of fear mixed with curiosity.

"Vampires. Most rock stars are actually vampires." Billie blurted.

"So much for easing them into it..." Mike muttered, shaking his head. Katie, Dakota and I just started laughing.

"Nice try guys but you're gonna have to try a little harder if you really want us to believe..." I trailed off and my eyes widened as the two bands opened their mouths and grew fangs.

"You're not kidding?" Katie asked. Ray shook his head as everyone retracted their fangs.

"Nope. Unfortunately, all those people you look up to are vamps." He explained.

"Then how do you explain the fact that they age?" Dakota questioned, still not quite believing them.

"It is a myth that vampires stay the same age... Well, sort of. We are in control of our age and what we look like. We're basically fooling everyone." Gerard explained. We nodded.

"Now, there is a reason that we are telling you about the vampire world. Not all vampires are rock stars, or are 'good' for lack of a better word. In fact, you have been hanging around three of the vampires from an extremely evil coven known as the Sunset Snakes. They don't feed the way we do. They kill, and brutally. They mutilate their victims every chance they get. They always leave a coiled snake nearby their victims, which is sort of like their trademark. Plus, they always wear a silver snake bracelet with alexandrite eyes. " Tré continued.

"So you're telling me that Caitlyn, Destiny and Sasha are vampires? That's impossible! They were out in the sun with us. Wouldn't they have burned up?" Katie countered.
