The Lost City of Night, or the 'talons' of Pyrrhia, is home to a towering city that is being rebuilt and repopulated, even though it is by far the least populated section of the continent.
The Old Night Palace has been turned into a large apartment complex, as it is one of the only large places that had remained in a living condition.
The Diamond Plaza has stayed roughly the same, being a large meeting place and party central. From looking through the legendary library, historians learned about the old celebrations and have decided to rekindle them- these have been going on for a good few generations, but is more recent than the unification of Pyrrhia.
The rest of the city is being rebuilt, as over time it had began to fall apart. The mostly untouched apartments and buildings have been revamped, and new buildings are being erected in the same style as the old ones, to keep the theme. The library itself is being completely rewritten by a team of NightWing historians, so the fabled NightWing knowledge can live on.
Not many dragons live here. The city's repopulation has been slow, and everyone knows each other. There are dragonets who have been born there, but some of the first NightWings to show are still alive, albeit extremely old. The oldest dragon there is nearly two-hundred, and the dragons have gone through a good four or five generations so far.
