i will be making a series where i give my opinion on ships from the Netflix show Stranger Things.

DISCLAIMER: This rant is based on seasons 1 and 2 of Stranger Things.

M I L E V E N

first of all, i want to say that i do not ship Mileven. i honestly think it's the most forced ship of the show.

  let me explain: a group of young boys that have never been in a(n) serious/official relationship before find a girl that is by herself in the middle of the woods on a search for their missing friend. Mike, being the caring and protective person he is, immediately is infatuated with this mysterious girl.   

  mystery girl is actually Jane/Eleven, a project from a lab. she has been used as a test subject all her life and has never known the true meaning/feeling of friendship and love.

  when Mike starts showing interest in El, she reciprocates the action because she is still learning how to feel . . . if that makes sense.

  Mike and Eleven's relationship is forced to me, and that first kiss didn't make it better. it was honestly verrryyy awkward.

  other than the obvious, i also don't ship Mileven because i could never be apart of such a worsome fandom.

  i'm not saying that all Mileven fans are the 'die hard every other ST ship can leave' type, but most of them are.

  if Mileven is your otp, let it be yours and don't try to force it on everyone else. some of the so called 'die hard' Mileven fans are just jumping onto the bandwagon to be apart of something, and that's not it.

  in short, i do not ship Mileven, and i'm most likely not changing my mind.

so as i said before, i'm gonna make a little series where i talk about some stranger things ships.

also, i might make a second part for this chapter after i watch season 3?...

it is to be decided.
