Frozen isle❄️🐾 Carlos De Vil

Chapter 12: well now they know🐵

We all leave the villains hideout and begin running up a old path. The path leads us up to the shore.
"Someone's gonna have to scale this." Evie says looking up at the massive cliff in front of us."no way am I doing it!"
"Me neither." Carlos says.
"I'll do it." Jay steps forward and starts climbing. He climbs higher and higher then he places his foot on a particularly thin edge and it crumbles. He starts falling about 50 metres, everyone gasps.
"Jay!" Mal yells. I act quick and create a pile of snow for him to land in. He lands with a thud and then gets up shaking himself off, we all stare holding in laughs.
"My turn!" I squeal and pass stripes lead to Mal. I start climbing. I easily climb up the whole 100 metres like a spider. I get to the top.
"Show off!" Jay shouts up.
"What now?"
"Walk to the edge and pick the flower." Mal shouts.
"Ok." I walk over and spot the flower. It's so vibrant it could blind with the colour. It's really small though and only a single flower hangs on the small vine. I pull the flower gently off and run back. I run straight of the edge and grin at the gangs startled faces. I land in the same pile of snow Jay had and we all started sprinting back.
"It took us like a whole day to get here how on earth are we getting back in under 4 hours?" Jay pants.
"Oh my god." Mal suddenly stops. "We can't get back in 4 hours! That's not enough time we just picked the rarest flower and the only one that we can save Ben with and now it's going to die and Ben will be stuck forever and it's all my fault and I can't do anything and-" Mal babbles,
"Breath!" Evie interrupts,
"Remember when tinker bell gave her sister a flower and periwinkle her sister froze it so it wouldn't die, do you think we could do that?" I wonder aloud.
"Elle that's perfect!" Lonnie exclaims, "here." She passes me the flower. I wrap it in a light frost and we carry on running.
"How did you know about the tinker bell thing?" Carlos asks, we turn a corner and run past a bunch of kids robbing a man.
"My mum used to tell me loads of stories from neverland, she says she read them when she was hiding in her room." I pant. I see Carlos thinking. "What?"
"What?"
"You were thinking about something."
"It was nothing." He murmurs.

Time skip to 7 hours later:

The gang of us are walking along the bridge to Auradon,
"Evie call Doug." Lonnie reminds her,
"Right." She pulls her phone out. "Totally didn't forget my boyfriend again." She calls him and asks to bring the enchanted water. Stripe has once again fallen asleep and Mal has been rocking him for the past couple hours. I have of course been holding the frozen flower because it would melt with anyone else. When we reach the Auradon barrier we all slump down against it waiting for Doug. I lean my head on Carlos shoulder and before I know it I'm fast asleep again.

Time skip.

"Elle." Carlos voice shakes me out of my sleep. "Dougs here." He says I get up and watch as Doug throws the water on the barrier and we all jump through it.
"Did you get it?" Doug asks as Evie kisses his cheek.
"Yup!" I hold up the frozen flower.
"It's frozen?" He questions.
"Can we talk about this later?" Mal shouts and we all start running to the lake. Mal jumps straight in and swims under. Whilst she is signing to Ben we pull off our shoes and dive in after her. We all wave at Ben then swim up.
"So. The spell said someone has to hold the flower on the barrier until it bleeds out while I read the spell.we only have one shot at this because the flowers powers are used all at once and the magic channel is interrupted it won't work."Mal explains.
"I'll hold it on there." I volunteer. I unfreeze the flower and dive under. I press the flower against the glass like thing Ben is in. Above me I can hear everyone mumbling. They are taking ages I think. I'm gonna have to swim up soon! Suddenly there is a blast of purple magic that hits the glass thing. The flower starts to loose colour. But it's slow I'm about to run out of breath, and it's still not finished. The glass tank thing Ben is in is very slowly becoming thinner and thinner. Finally the flowers colour completely drains and I splash and splutter my way to the surface, Carlos holds be above water by my waist so I can catch my breath. For a second nothing happens then we see a spluttering Ben swim to the surface. He gasps loudly and we all swim to the side. Carlos and Jay drag me out of the water because I'm pretty much lifeless after holding my breath for so long. Mal has enveloped Ben in a massive hug and we see tears escaping her eyes. After everyone says hi and hugs Ben we fill him in on what's happened.
"So who did it?" He asks as Evie finishes,
"We have no clue!" Lonnie shrugs,
"Ok, a little random but do you think the school remembers Ben now?" I ask.
"I guess we'll see!" Doug chuckles. We all head back to the school. It's now Saturday and everyone is hanging around randomly, we all walk to fairy godmothers office. Mal doesn't knocks and just walks straight in,
"Children!" Fairy godmother greets seemingly slightly annoyed at us just waltzing right in,
"Fairy godmother king Ben is back!" Jay announces,
"I was unaware of his departure," she says frowning. We all exchange a glance.
"You don't remember us being in here the other day asking about him?" Lonnie says exasperated.
"No you were here asking about detention with Ben."
"No we weren't!"
"I can assure you that you were,"
"But we weren't, we were here ask-" Carlos puts a hand on my shoulder cutting me off,
"Guys let's go she obviously doesn't remember." We all leave and walk to Mal and Evie's dorm.
"So no one here removers anything about it?" Ben asks,
"We didn't necessarily tell anyone you were missing..." Doug begins,
"No one knew you existed!"
"That's changed now though." Everyone sits on silently lost in there own thoughts,
"Hold on!" Ben exclaims, "didn't you say Elle has ice powers?" He looks at me.
"Well yeh..." I say,
"Can I see?"
"Sure!" I grin and create a snowball in my hand then throw it at Carlos.
"Hey!"
"Woah that's so cool!"
"Why'd you throw it at me?" Carlos asks wiping  the slushy snow from his eyes.
"You looked hot." I smirk fully aware of what that sounded like. Mal, Evie and Lonnie give me a surprised look where as I think the boys were oblivious to it all.
"So...what now?"

Ok so there's only a couple chapters left!!! ❤️ this is also a rlly awful chapter but oh welll
