Noelle looked down at her navy blue dress, rubbing her hands on her thighs. "Are you sure I look okay?"

"You look beautiful baby. Damn—" he laughed. "You alright?"

"Yeah. I'm just...nervous. When you told me we were going to have dinner with one of your best friends, I didn't think we were having dinner at a house that looks like....this." She sighed, admiring the mansions that sat on the street. He would always tell her about the nice homes in Crowne Heights. But she didn't think they were this...nice. The homes in Crowne Heights made the homes in Liberty City look like bullshit.

"Relax. Truman just a regular nigga. Well, he comes from a family with long money but I promise he not one of them stuck up niggas."

"But these homes are beautiful. Like these are what I imagined my dream home would look like."

"Well, do you see yourself moving out here?" He asked, which made her laugh. She assumed he was joking. But he was serious. He missed everything about Crowne Heights. The nightlife, the food, and the people.

"No. I don't think so." She told him. All of their family was in Liberty City. Their businesses were in Liberty City. This was her first time being in Crowne Heights and so far, she loved the city. She just didn't see herself spending the rest of her life here.

Being in Liberty City made him realize that he missed his old penthouse in Downtown Crowne Heights, near the medical center. Liberty City was overcrowded. Crowne Heights could accommodate the growing population way better than Liberty City could.

They arrived in front of a two-story brick home before he shut the car off. The home looked like a palace.

"Well, moving to Crowne Heights doesn't look too bad after all." She mumbled as he opened the car door for her. He helped her out before she fixed her dress. The lawn had been freshly trimmed as solar lights surrounded the walkway towards the front door.

Benji planted a kiss on the back of her hand as they walked towards the front door. The cul-de-sac was fairly quiet. Too quiet for Noelle's liking. The sound of secateurs hissing was the only sound she heard and it irritated her.

He knocked twice on the door before a woman opened it. She was wearing a cheetah print dress with red pumps. She had a toffee colored skin and her jet black hair was in loose curls.

"Benji! It's so nice to see you!" She yelled, pulling him in for a hug. Once she pushed him away, she stepped back. "Come in!"

Benji didn't hesitate to enter the home as Noelle followed behind him. The smell of cinnamon lingered in the air, making her feel warm inside.

"This is my girlfriend Noelle." Benji spoke as he spotted Truman walking down the lengthy hallway.

"I'm Faith, Truman's girlfriend. How long are y'all here for?" She asked Noelle.

"Until tomorrow." Noelle replied. She couldn't wait to hold Brielle. Being away from her always made her have a mini anxiety attack.

"Bummer. We wanted to show y'all around the city."

"Well so far we've been to three different shopping malls and two popular restaurants. Tonight he's taking me to Zoo Lights."
