Chapter 16

Y/N's POV

"So you heard our conversation?" Jungkook asks trying to let whatever I told him sink into him.

"I didn't mean to eavesdrop on your conversations. I was just going to the kitchen and-"

"I know, you didn't mean it. Don't worry alright? I would not tell the others that you know. But can you do me a favour?" I was interrupted in the middle by him. I let out a sigh of relief knowing that he knew I did not do it intentionally.

"What favour?"

"Please keep this to yourself and don't even give hints to Angel that Tae Hyung likes her okay?" I nod my head and showed a sign that I will lock my mouth.

{The Next Day}

It is kind of a free day for me since I do not have any schedule. I thought of going to the company and do some work. I got ready and went down to the kitchen to get some breakfast before heading to the company.

"Y/N, where are you going?" Namjoon asks.

"To the company" I blatantly state.

"Where is Angel by the way? I woke up and she isn't around in the room" I continue asking out my curiosity to Namjoon. Angel is not the type of person who would wander around alone.

Namjoon's POV

If she goes to the company now, she would find out about the new trainees and also finding out that Angel is a trainee too.

"I haven't seen her too. By the way, why are you going to the company? Isn't it your rest day today? You should be resting here and not working on any new songs yet" I try my best to make her stay at home. She can't find out about the new trainees yet. She might find out one day but obviously not now. She might not think about anything when she sees the trainees but it is still not the right time for her to know about them and especially Angel being a trainee.

Y/N's POV

Namjoon is acting weird and he has never told me to stay home before. I mean he would always encourage me to write new songs for the comeback or even write my own solo songs.

"I guess I should stay home then" I gave in and continue to find food to eat.

"Good Morning" Jungkook greets in his sleepy voice. He sat beside me and across Namjoon.

"Y/N I thought you were going to the company? Why are you still here? And Hyung you are going to be home today?" Jungkook questions both of us.

"No, I will be going to the company for a moment since pdnim wants to meet me for some reason. I guess he misses me a lot" Namjoon replied to him first.

"I am staying home instead," I told him too. Jungkook just nodded and stole a piece of my toast bread. I glared at him. This guy is always stealing my food.

After breakfast, I went back to my room to read my book. Lately, I am addicted to reading books. It is rare for me to read books when I was younger and I hate reading too. It just stresses me out when I read last time but now I find it relaxing and calming. It is amazing how I am able to read quickly and efficiently now. I used to finish a novel in 7 months but now it only takes me a month to finish the novel I am reading currently.

While I am engrossed in reading, someone knocked on my door. I sigh and place my bookmark at the page I stop. Whoever this person is, I am going to nag at him. I was at the climax of the book and he dares to interrupt my peaceful time.

"Who is it?" I asked sounding a little annoyed. Jungkook peeks his head in and slowly enters my room. I look at him annoyed.

"Am I disturbing you?" he still has the cheek to ask me when I am clearly showing it on my face. He is lucky that he is my boyfriend or else he would literally be upside down by now.

"No, why?"

"Want to go out for a while? I mean we are not going to the company today so I thought you want to go for a drive or something, but if you are tired, we could just stay at home and watch a movie or something" he suggests. I am kind of lazy today to go out of the dorm.

"Let's just stay in the dorm, can we? I am kind of lazy to get ready again to go out and watching a movie sounds great too" I told him my decision and he nodded while getting on the bed with me ready to cuddle and watch whatever movie there is on Netflix.

Hoseok's POV

While the others are resting and having their own time, I, on the other hand, is here at the company looking over the new trainees. I am surprised that Angel agreed to be a trainee. No one knew about her being a trainee except for us, the rappers. Namjoon told us about it after she agreed yesterday.

I am now at the corner of the practice room watching the trainees training for their dance. Honestly, I am impressed by their performance. Most of them are able to dance nicely and have a great flow in their dance. Just by looking at them now, I can already know who would be on the dance line for their group.

"Okay, you girls can take five and reflect on what you can improve while I go somewhere for a moment" I left the girls in the practice room and went straight to call Yoongi Hyung and Namjoon to head to the lounge area near our studios.

"Why did you call us here?" Yoongi Hyung sounds sleepy as usual although I knew he was sleeping in his studio before this.

"I am monitoring the girls for their dance practice today and I just want to update both of you on how they are doing before I update Bang pdnim. Honestly, all of them are full of talent and I can foresee who would be in the dance line when they debut. Yoongi Hyung, you are going to monitor their vocal training and Namjoon you are going to monitor their rap training right?" I ask both of them full of curiosity. Both of them just nod their head.

"Actually they had their rap training before their dance training and I have updated Bang pdnim about who I think would best be the rappers. I was just suggesting to pdnim about it but he can change their position around though" Namjoon told us. Bang pdnim have already told us beforehand that we have the right to suggest who would be the vocalist and who would be the rapper as well as who would be in the dance line.

"I have to wait till they have their vocal training before I can suggest who would be the vocalist to pdnim but Hoseok you could update this to pdnim after this. After all, you are in the dance line for our group and you know best about dancing too. I bet whoever you choose, pdnim would not change her position that much but their final position would be determined by the end of this month during their first evaluation" Yoongi Hyung told us.

"Erm also, when is Bang pd going to tell Y/N about this? I mean before he tells her we could at least inform the boys first especially Jungkook so that they would not be shocked" I ask to no one in particular.

"I heard that he is going to tell her tomorrow as well as telling her about Angel being a trainee and debuting together in the same group as her. I will tell the rest tonight including telling them about Angel being a trainee" Namjoon informs us and brought out his phone to message in our only boys group about it.

"I should get back to their practice and I could ask Angel to bring Y/N out while the rest of us stay in the dorm tonight so it would be easier for you to tell them without her knowing yet" I got up and went to the practice room again after Namjoon nodded agreeing to my plan.

Sorry for the long wait. Finally, I could find the time to update this book again. It has been hard updating since college is making me super busy. Now that I am on break from school I might have the time to update. I miss writing to be honest but my mind has not been giving me ideas on how to continue this.
