Chapter 17

Y/N's POV

This morning, everyone seems to be moody at the dining table. None of them is smiling or playing around like they always do. This is really unusual for BTS. I mean they are always goofing around and teasing each other every minute or should I say every second but today, they are all so gloomy like some demon has possessed them over the night.

I don't know what happen last night since I was out with Angel to bring her to explore the nightlife here. She literally begs me to bring her out yesterday night. While we were out, I continuously ask her why she was out the whole day but she kept avoiding the topic. Even today, she is already out early in the morning to god knows where. 'Why is everyone so weird after yesterday? Did I do anything wrong that they are like avoiding certain questions that I ask?' I keep questioning myself. Obviously, I need an explanation for this.

Suddenly, my phone rings breaking the deafening silence in the dining room. I excused myself to answer the phone and to my amaze, it is Bang pd. Since when does he call any of us early in the morning? This CEO of mine is really weird as well.

"Good morning pdnim" I greet him. Before I ask anything, he is already speaking at a fast rate.

"Y/N I need you to be here in the company right now. There is something important I have to tell you immediately" Those were the only sentences that I am able to catch up. I left the house in a rush afraid that something happened at the company. I did not even inform the boys where I was going but they seem to not be in a shock that I am going out.

Jungkook's POV

"This is it. She will know it now" I finally open my mouth to say something. After knowing the plan of our CEO I am just speechless and don't even know how to react when Namjoon Hyung inform us yesterday night. We were all taken by surprise to the news we receive. I mean Y/N is practically one of us and her leaving the group to debut in another group is just sad for me. After this, we would not have the same schedule anymore and spending time is just hard.

Another news that came shocking to me was Angel being a trainee and her debuting with Y/N in the new group. I mean we should at least know about this right? Having this news relayed to us yesterday together is just too much. Now that she would know about it soon just make me worried that she is not going to accept it. However, part of me is saying that she would be happy to debut with her best friend in a new group. As long as she is happy, I am happy too but for now, I have to be worried about another person or specifically V Hyung.

I can definitely see that he is worried over something after yesterday. He tries to hide it from us but we all knew it. We have been living together under the same roof for as long as we met. Like my whole teenage life is spent with them. We are practically raised by each other.

"Hyung, are you okay? If there is anything you are worried about just let it out. We are alone now. There is only seven of us now in this house" I turn to him persuading him to let out his worries. It is not good to keep our worries to ourselves. It will just hurt us more.

"I don't know... I mean I thought Angel would just be a normal girl instead of a trainee and eventually be an idol. You know how it is like if this feeling continues to grow" Tae Hyung starts to open up. Now I get why he is all worried. I mean at this age all of us are starting to fall in love and be in a relationship but being an idol just prevents us from doing that freely. We have to take in consideration of the feelings of our fans, the company and most importantly the one we are in love with. It was hard when I first like Y/N and we got into a relationship and now that everything is out in the open it is even harder since we are restricted in certain ways as well.

I get that V Hyung just wanted Angel to be a normal girl instead of an idol so that it will be easier for him. I get that he wants to make a move to bring their relationship to the next level. They are practically flirting every now and then but everything is halted after he got to know that Angel is a trainee. He is keeping a distance from her now.

"We get it Tae... We know how you feel. But you see, you can't restrict her from what she wants to do. If you are meant to be with her, no matter how many obstacles that are set up, there would be a way for you to conquer it just because you guys are meant to be together. Don't stress yourself out over this Tae" Jin Hyung state as a matter of fact. Jin Hyung has always been the one that brings our spirit up whenever we feel like we have lost every hope that we had.

The rest of the morning soon continues like how it usually is but today it will be us spending at the company since we have somethings to settle and pdnim wants us to attend a meeting about Y/N leaving us soon and confirming everything at a quick rate. Y/N leaving the group would only mean that she would be back in the acting field only at the moment while the rest of her group is training for the debut. That would also mean that we would be busy with comebacks, promotions, overseas schedules and many other things now.

Y/N's POV

"Y/N there are a few things that I am going to tell you. I have been planning this for a while and I believe that this would be the best for you after this. I hope you would agree with me and also be happy about the decision that we had made" I listen attentively to pdnim and nodded signaling to him that I am listening and he can continue. He seems very serious about the things that he is going to tell me. Honestly, I am kind of scared of what he is going to say.

"First and foremost, I want to tell you that actually Angel is a trainee here now. Namjoon personally cast her to be a trainee here and she has agreed and therefore, she has been training here at the company" Now I get why she has been disappearing early in the morning and why Namjoon Oppa did not allow me to go to the company yesterday. But why did they want to keep this a secret from me? I mean I would be happy for her.

"The next thing is that, we have decided for you to re-debut in another group which will be a girl group and that would also mean that you are leaving BTS permanently. The new girl group would consist of the trainees that had passed the audition we held previously and Angel will be one of the members. You can meet the others after this. They are in the other practice room on the same level as BTS' practice room. Y/N, this is sudden for you but I hope you are fine with this decision and also there would be a meeting this afternoon to confirm your departure from BTS. The boys are already informed by Namjoon yesterday. While the trainees are still training you would only focus on your acting till the time we debut this girl group. You would know your final positions once their positions are confirmed as well. Thank you" I sat there stunned. I can't process anything at the moment. This is just a lot of information for me to take in. I am not sad or anything but I am just shocked that I will be debuting in a girl group like I have dreamt about before.

"Thank you pdnim. This is something that I have been dreaming all this while and getting to debut together with my best friend is really something that I would never say no to. Thank you so much pdnim" I thank Bang pd countless time. I went out of the room to the practice room to meet my future members. Wow, they are really young and in the group, I would be the second-oldest? Nevertheless, I am happy to see that Angel is a trainee and debuting together with me soon.

I went to the meeting room seeing that the boys are already seated. This upcoming comeback would be the last one for me before leaving BTS. Obviously they are sad but they are happy for me too. I would miss promoting as part of them but that does not mean I would hate promoting with the girls in the future. Once everything is settled, we all ended our day at the practice room knowing each other further with the boys joining us as well.

This chapter is super long since I would do a time skip in the next chapter. I swear I don't even have an ending in mind yet so I would just continue this fanfic till I can think of an ending for it. Yes, this chapter is not the end yet :)
