I sat in the back of the car while Luther and Five sat in the front. They're keeping me under what they're calling close watch to make sure I don't get myself killed going after Hazel and Cha Cha. Which is pretty ironic since less than four hours ago Luther dropped me five stories high from the damn Academy. Their little close watch consisted of a damn bracelet that toned down my powers meaning I'm useless. So you could say I'm a little pissed.
"This is for your own good Nat." Luther said.
"Oh you don't know what's good for me. This is the longest I've seen you in years and besides you just dropped me off a damn building." I spat, glaring at Luther.
"I told you, you slipped from my hand I didn't drop you on purpose." Luther justified.
"I don't care! I could have died!" I yelled.
"Calm down love, once this all settles down you can go do whatever you want." Five said, looking back to me.
"Oh bullshit you're just going to kill them anyway. At least let me do it, unlike you two I have a reason." I said.
"We're not killing anyone." Luther said sternly.
"We are not, I am." I said, folding my arms.
"No I can't risk losing you. You're staying in the car until this is over." Five said sternly.
"Then why the hell did you bring me along?" I asked, pissed.
"To keep a close eye on you." Five said.
The sound of an engine approaching sounded and I looked up to see a car zooming towards us.
"Here we go." Five said.
Luther climbed out of the car as Five opened his door.
"I mean it Natalia. Stay in the car." Five said, turning to face me.
"Fine." I muttered, slouching into my seat.
He climbed out of the car and shut the door behind him. There was no way in hell I was just going to let this happen. I'm not staying in this damn car. I slowly opened the door to the car, careful not to be loud. I quietly snuck out of the car and saw Cha Cha at the phone booth, Hazel standing behind her, and Five and Luther leaning against the car. I slowly and quietly started to make my way to Hazel and Cha Cha when music sounded. I turned around confused to see an ice cream truck making it's way over here.
"What the fuck?"
The truck drove past us and in the window sat Klaus smirking like a madman waving at us. Gun shots suddenly started firing and I jumped, ducking slightly. I saw Luther, shielding Five so I quickly ran over to them.
