We ran up the stairs of the building, the music echoing throughout the halls. We don't have much time.
"Allison I can't let you do that alright, she's beyond reasoning.."
I stopped in my tracks and turned around to see Allison standing in front of Luther with her notepad out.
"You hear the music? It's started." Diego pointed out.
"Do you honestly think she's gonna listen? After everything that's happened?" Luther asked.
"We have to go! Now!" I yelled knowing we don't have time for this shit.
"Allison go if you can get to her good. If not, we do whatever it takes." I said sternly.
Allison looked to me with a smile and quickly scribbled out a thank you before running off.
"I'll go with her, you two be ready. This isn't going to work." I said sternly before following after Allison.
I caught up with Allison and we both walked into the theater. I walked down the isle and watched as Vanya played her violin, the orchestra behind her.
"Wow she's....amazing." I said as we walked further up front.
Allison nodded and Vanya looked to Allison and I. A genuine smile gracing her face. But the smile fell all to quickly as Diego and Luther ran out.
"Luther no!" I screamed, but it was to late. Vanya unleashed the power from her violin sending a wave of energy through the crowd that knocked Allison and I over and threw Diego and Luther into the crowd somewhere. Screams erupted from the audience as I jumped up. Okay she gets her source from her violin. You've got this Natalia. Vanya sent another wave but this time at her orchestra that was trying to flee. They all sat back down and began playing again as Vanya turned back to the crowd. A white glow radiated off her and I knew what was to come.
"Get them out! Get them out now!" I screamed as I quickly ran towards Vanya.
"Natalia wait!" Diego cried.
But it was to late I was already long gone. I looked to my hands as they began to glow red. My heart pounded in my chest as my hands shook. I was terrified. I saw about to unleash another blast. Waves emitted off Vanya and I knew already this was way above my pay grade. I took a breath in before letting it out. Vanya threw another blast but I stuck my hands out. Red whisps corrupted the white glow of the force as I held it in place.
"Holy shit."
I turned my head to see Diego, Luther, and Allison all looking to me with wide eyes. I turned my head back to Vanya to see her looking at me unamused as she continued to play. The force was to strong for me to hold back much longer. Deep down I knew if I was going to stop Vanya, it'd take all I have. It'd take a sacrifice to save the world. A single gunshot went off and a burning pain appeared in my leg causing me to collapse with a scream. The force I held back unleashed and multiple thuds sounded. I turned my head to see the masked men from the bowling alley. My eyes widened and I quickly ran behind a chair.
