Ok did anyone else read Frindle??? Basically it follows this boy who picks up a ballpoint pen in the street, looks at it and calls it a Frindle. This kid goes around school introducing the other kids to the Frindle. Everyone starts to call the pen a Frindle. This English teacher with a yardstick up her butt gets all mad because Frindle isn't a true word. If it was a true word it would be in the dictionary *pause to hold dictionary close as if it held all the answers to the universe* and because it is not in the dictionary the kids are no longer allowed to call the pen a Frindle. In the end the word gets added to the dictionary and the kid who started it all sends a copy to the stuck up teacher. She finds the word Frindle and we get the cutesy end scene where she just laughs and is like "oh well guess I was wrong".
