Lucky for us we got passed , the mission was about to be complete until we got to the backdoor , the key appeared to be missing

We were all worried and scared "I could have sworn he kept the keys in here" Penny said . A ray of light trolled from behind us "Guys! Someone's coming " Sally said patting my arm briskly "What do you girls think you are doing there " A cop said in his deep croaking voice

As the light flashed at our face, there was barely enough even for shadows. Whether I like it or not the darkness comes and under it everything secret we were doing was  hidden.

Even the stars and moon cower behind a dense layer of cloud, giving the air that tincture I associate with the world before a storm. My ears become sharper and my mind paranoid, every movement of his feet making me more and more .

For each  step he took , my brain jumps to the most fearsome thing it could be and my body prepares for flight, fright or freeze. For the most part I just froze, running will give my position away and I'm not much of a runner .

All I can do is wait while the blackness comes and pray that Penny hid the keys behind the near by barrel . we all clustered close to each other . My heart can beat all it wants, but this body won't move until  nature took his course .With our  hands coming together and our  backs against the wall , I remained, waiting, breathing.

"Girls is it a good idea to run" Penny whispered to us "well I I'm not sure" I whispered to them again "I think it's kind of the perfect idea right now" Sally yelled
"On the count of three we'll run" Penny said "one..two...." She said "RUN!!!" Sally yelled then we all ran to the left

The cop tapped on a button on his belt and pulled out a  walkie - talkie "The rat is on the loose , I repeat the rat is on the loose" he said

The whole prison yard went on with whirls and alarms of danger "We're all going to die" Sally said "No we're not" I said  "There's nothing the power of fear cannot do, on the count of three we'll jump over the fence" Penny said

"What! Are you crazy! That thing is like eighty  feet tall , there's no way we're going to get pass it" I said "Huh, I've gotten an idea, we'll run over that pile and jump over the fence with full force " Penny said "Are you sure that'll work?" I asked "I hope it does" She replied

Just as we were about to jump , three big, mighty German Shepard  dogs came out from the right corner , we forcefully gathered momentum and turned to the other side. It wasn't easy. The dogs chased us round three cell buildings

"Why didn't I wish for something this morning" I whispered to my self

We were all running without guide and consciousness , we were beginning to get tired

"Are this hideous dogs gone" Sally said "No they aren't" I yelled with a three of us looking back at them  and not facing forward

We didn't know what was ahead of us till we hit a large wall "Put your hands in the air" a cop said , it was a tragic moment and a dead end

hey took us to a separate cell room filled with cockroaches in the size of a rat and mosquitoes in the size of cockroaches

"Guys I'm scared " Sally said

Ten minutes later , three cops with a different uniform came to pick all three of us up to their reception to sign some documents. I thought they were releasing us for a crime but I was wrong

We went to the cell to pack our things "Well! Well!! Well!! If it isn't miss 'courage the courtesy girl" Sassy said laughing mischievously with her friends

"You don't make any sense , you're lucky I'm leaving this place or else...." I said "Or else what, do you think you're the only smart one here ,well guess what!?, I'm a hundred times smarter than you ,news flash, it was all me, I took the keys from the bunch , I knew about all your dumb plan, turns out you three are pretty bad at keeping secrets" she said

"You skinny little...." Sally said trying to hit her  "Sally it's enough" I said blocking her from hitting Sassy "Come on let's get out of here " Penny said " I told  you you'll regret this , ha ha ha! " she said laughing mischievously and annoying

They put all three of us in handcuffs and drive us to another cell closer to the barrack , this one was so dark and spookier " I'm  sorry guy's it's all my fault , I shouldn't have thought of a very risky escape plan, I'm such a failure " Penny said crying

"It's okay Penny, it's not your fault , besides  if there's any body to be called a failure it will be Sassy" Sally said "Sassy! How's Sassy a failure, she literally did a clean job" I said

"She's a failure cause she's missing out on the worlds greatest ever , don't worry will get through this TOGETHER" Sally said then we all hugged ourselves and chuckled
